Welcome to our adorable ocean block condo just steps from Ocean City's famous beach. No need to cross Coastal Hwy to enjoy the sandy beach and ocean waves. We have everything you would need and expect for a wonderful vacation. Let your stresses drift away in your home away from home in the highly desirable Old Warf condo building. This is the ideal condo for making your vacation enjoyable and relaxing.

Enjoy our perfect mid-town location in the heart of Ocean City and very close to many great restaurants, shops and activities. Walk to Seacrets, 45th St Taphouse, Dumser's Dairyland, Coconuts Beach Bar & Grill, Shotti's Point, Satellite Coffee Shop, K-Coast Surf Shop, The Dough Roller, Belly Busters, and many more. Our condo is conveniently located within a short walking distance to the Ocean City Convention Center.

5) Please obey the condo rules posted on the stairs and be considerate of our neighbors
6) We do not supply linens (bed sheets, towels, etc.), dish supplies, laundry supplies, toiletries, or beach chairs; please bring them with you
7) This is not just a rental, this is our 2nd home, please treat it with respect

Amazing!!!

This was a lovely and perfect stay! The property was very clean- just as described- and merely steps from the beach. I can't say enough good things about the communication with the property manager. He was extremely kind and went out of his way to check-in with us to see how things were going and if we needed anything. (All was well!) He even was amenable to helping adjust our check-out time given our schedule. I highly recommend this property and can't wait to return in the future!

Little slice of heaven
