A short walk to the main strip of amazing restaurants and shops, and a 3 minute drive to Ocean Grove main beach for surfing, sun baking, long walks or summer cricket. There's a beautiful north facing garden with deck ready for afternoon barbecues after your hot outdoor shower on the way in. The perfect set up for your relaxing holiday.

Two upstairs bedrooms, one queen which we call The Pink Palm room and 3rd a family room with a Single bunk and a single with trundle. Also a family bathroom with a freestanding bath plus a large frameless shower for ultimate relaxation. Separate toilet and basin as well.
A second lounge upstairs with a very comfortable lounge and large TV and a lovely deck for afternoon tea or drinks overlooking the gum trees.
