The Islander Villas Community is on the west end of the island which has a much wider beach and is less crowded than the upper end. The Islander Villas community has a very nice ocean front pool club with pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, outdoor tiki bar all on the ocean front as well as 4 community tennis courts.
Ocean Isle Beach is a south facing barrier island with 7 miles of beach on the Atlantic Ocean, located 12 miles south of the NC/SC border. Ocean Isle Beach is a much quieter and less crowded island than areas like Myrtle Beach, etc. The beach is spectacular and is very wide and clean with a nice gentle slope. The island has a fishing pier, arcade, surf shops, restaurants, museum, ice cream parlor, mini golf course, bicycle, jet ski, kayak, boat and golf cart rentals. The backside of the island has quiet protected water great for kayaking.

1700 square feet with over-size furnished deck that affords spectacular views of ocean and island. Beautifully decorated with island flavor. All bedrooms have cable TV and each bedroom has its own full private bath. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you have at home! Also full size washer and dryer.  Flat screen TV in living area. Chess, checkers, books, cards, board games provided.

2023 Beach Vacay

Very nice condo with high quality furniture appliances, and fixtures. Very clean and stocked with supplies (paper products, trash bags, soaps, etc) on an honor system that appears to be working very well. When its used up, replace it. Towels and linens are provided. We really enjoyed our stay there and will book again next year.

Great Condo!

We booked this condo to attend a family wedding that was across the street. The condo was perfect for my husband and I, our daughter and son-in-law and their 3 children. Very nice house!

The beach house is great. I had to dig a bit upon arrival to get clarification about how certain things worked, particularly regarding pool and bar/grille. The view of stars from the large well furnished deck, being the top unit, was wonderful.

Great property and owner

My family and I had a great stay at OIB. The property was clean and as advertised, and the location can't be beat. The beach access was just steps away. The property is also located on the less congested West end of the island, so the beach was never too busy near the property. Cliff was also a great host, providing quick answers and friendly reminders. Would definitely consider staying again!

Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect experience! Beautifully decorated villa with a gorgeous view and a quick walk to the beach. We appreciated the use of the beach chairs, toys, and cart as well as the beach and bath towels. The kitchen was stocked with all of the necessities for our family dinners, games were available for the kids and the welcome bottle of wine was such a perfect touch! Cliff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We lucked out with this property!

A great place at the beach!

This condo was a great place for our family! Cliff was super a great communicator! The condo was on the third floor so the deck was high but it also gave really nice views. We needed pet friendly so that we could bring our dog. Our dog is hypoallergenic because my husband has bad allergies so I was a little nervous about previous pets being in the property but it was clean and fresh. My husband had no issues. The condo was beautiful and well equipped. The short walk to the beach was easy. We will definitely look to stay here again.

We LOVED this property! It was one row back from the ocean, so we could hear and see the water from our deck. The place was clean and updated and looked so much nicer than other VRBOs we've used in the OIB area. We loved how it was close to the beach access point as well as about a half-mile from the pool, so we could walk to both no problem. Cliff was a great communicator who made sure we were prepared with everything we needed to know (how to get keys, address, etc). We had problems with one of the sliding shower doors, and when I texted him about it, he called and someone fixed it that same day for us. Overall, a GREAT place and we will be coming back!

Better than a picture

Our stay was awesome! The pictures don’t do the property justice. It is one of the nicest, cleanest, most well maintained properties that we have stayed in . The manager was readily available at all times. I’d pick this property over any other if you plan to come to this area. The view was amazing with the beach just a yard away. I can’t say enough good things about our stay and property manger, we will definitely contact Cliff again for future stays.

Great getaway w/ wonderful ocean view.

Our whole purpose in coming to OIB was for my elderly father who loves the beach but is now becoming wheelchair bound. On top of that we wanted to bring our beloved golden retriever. We’ve stayed at many ocean rentals that allow dogs but we felt Another Day at the Beach was the best we’ve stayed in yet. The elevator was a must for us and the ocean view from the porch was great. The condo was well appointed... but just to note not all bathroom doors accommodate walkers/ wheelchairs. We would highly recommend this condo.
