Just installed May '22- NEW dishwasher, NEW washing machine, NEW dryer.
PLEASE NOTE COMMUNITY POOL CLUB ONLY OPEN MEM DAY TO LABOR DAY.
3 TVs and a DVD player.
The condo has 2 master suites, a covered deck overlooking a turtle-filled lagoon and a kitchen set up for anything you might want to cook.
Bedrooms are: 1K, 1K, 2D, 2D

The Islander Villas Community is on the west end of the island which has a much wider beach and is less crowded than the upper end. The Islander Villas community has a very nice ocean front pool club with pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, outdoor tiki bar all on the ocean front as well as 4 community tennis courts.
Ocean Isle Beach is a south facing barrier island with 7 miles of beach on the Atlantic Ocean, located 12 miles south of the NC/SC border. Ocean Isle Beach is a much quieter and less crowded island than areas like Myrtle Beach, etc. The beach is spectacular and is very wide and clean with a nice gentle slope. The island has a fishing pier, arcade, surf shops, restaurants, museum, ice cream parlor, mini golf course, bicycle, jet ski, kayak, boat and golf cart rentals. The backside of the island has quiet protected water great for kayaking.

With views of the lagoon, a quick walk to the beach or the tennis courts and access to the Beach Club ocean front pool, you won’t want to leave the island.

Family Vacation

Turtle Bay was a great family vacation spot for us! Communication was easy from check in to check out. Cliff was just a text message away to answer questions and provide information. The location is ideal and just a short walk to beach access across the street. However, we enjoyed taking the short (2 minute) drive down to the Isle Club and parking for free. Parking was plentiful and had easy beach access. The club pool and bar access was included with use of club card from Turtle Bay. Ocean Isle is a peaceful and calm location but still had some nice shops, restaurants, and ice cream shops and it's just a short drive to the excitement of Myrtle Beach. The condo itself allowed our party of 6 plenty of room for privacy and relaxation. The elevator up to the second floor made loading and unloading our car easy. A wonderful vacation spot that we would highly recommend!

Overall our stay was good. Most of the beds were comfortable & the kitchen was decently stocked. The children enjoyed looking over the banister at the alligator in the water. The internet access was lacking, I think the housekeeper forgot to mop the floors as our feet were very soiled after walking on them, in the bathroom with the king size bed, the shower "runner" for the door was very dirty! If these things were resolved I would consider staying there again.

Great property for our family vacation! There were 3 couples and 4 kids and this was the perfect size for our group. Just a short walk across the street to the beach. We took a wagon the help load our coolers and kid toys. The kids loved the turtle lagoon!

Girls trip

We had 5 adults and the property location was perfect and peaceful. It’s a short walk to the beach and pool. The neighborhood is great to walk. Property manager was great to work with and responded quickly to any questions or needs.

Good Experience

It was a nice property, my boys loved the feeding the turtles veggies. The beach was not far at all just far enough that we were glad you brought a cart to load everything in. Next time would get a golf chart when we book so we could ride it to the pool that was a hike. Parking was tight but the neighbors were nice.

Enjoyable weekend in Ocean Isle Beach

We were two families of four adults and five kids. Our stay was from a Thursday to Sunday. Everything was clean and comfortable. We especially loved going to the pond and feeding the turtles. Be sure to buy and cut up things that are good for them, like apples, lettuce, tomatoes, and other things rather than bread. We spent a lovely day at the beach and another day at the community pool. I loved that they played music at the pool. One recommendation for pool would be for attendant to encourage those with long hair to use a ponytail holder. I picked a large clump of hair out of pool while swimming. The elevator was helpful for hauling stuff up and down. It would have been nice for television to have a few more channels, but I understand the point of a trip us to interact. Overall, very enjoyable stay. Cliff made everything super easy.

Wonderful Family Vacation

If your looking for a quiet fun filled place to vacation with a large family this is your place! This property was amazing! Just a short walk to the beach. With two young children it was perfect. The turtle filled lagoons were so much fun to look at. There was 9 adults and it fit us all very comfortably. A quiet family friendly neighborhood. Cliff was a great property manager and would reply within minutes if we had any questions. We will definitely be back!

Turtle Bay

Excellent location and host. Had everything we needed except a base for the blender. The unit wasn’t dirty, but it had been a while since it has had a good vacuuming under and behind everything.
