Planning your next vacation, look no further. This home is a mile from the pier and walking distance to the ocean. If you aren't a beach lover, that's ok, the home has its own private pool. Our desire is to create a space where you feel like you are in your own home while vacationing at OIB. Recently renovated, we have made the home functional while also being very comfortable. Kitchen is fully stocked and clean linens are provided. When you arrive here, all you will need is your suitcase. You can enjoy a nap on the porch while listening to the waves crash. With just a 2 minute walk to the beach, the house is also conveniently located to miniature golf, the local ice cream parlor, the pier, restaurants and more. Ocean Isle Beach has its own airport (Odell Williamson Airport) located less than 3 miles from the home. Looking to do some Christmas shopping? The home is 35 minutes from the Tanger Outlets in North Myrtle Beach or shop several local boutiques on the Island. We hope you and your family will make memories that last a lifetime here at 75 Private Drive.

Easy beach access. Great beach house for our family vacation. Could use a little refresh in some areas and the owner actually communicated some new items we’re expected to arrive soon. Owner was very helpful and easy to work with. We enjoyed our stay a this beach house.

Nice Place Dirty HOUSE

Well let me start with the location and area was awesome. Now, the house was filthy. We found dirty socks, cereal, toys and hair all over the house. Every bathroom had long black hairs in tubs, showers and on register vents. Kitchen was a greasy mess. Also found worms and cotton balls on the floors in bathrooms. Rugs were filthy too. Pool was way to warm over 95 degrees and had a lot of sand in it. Pool guy showed up on our last day there to put chlorine tab in because chlorine level was to low and vacuumed out sand. Blind in master bedroom window was broken that we could not close.

great stay with a few misses

Overall a great stay, I chaperoned high school girlsPros- location was perfect, great porches with comfortable furniture. decor was quaint, beds were comfy, esp the master. The pool was nice. Solar lights on front stairs were helpful. hand soap and starter supplies appreciated, owner quick to respond. Cons: no light at entry from under the house, was treacherous, lack of storage for food, lack of serving platters, hinges on cabinet doors coming off, could use a deep clean. The kitchen chairs shed their finish every time you touched them, we had to constantly sweep it up. Could use small tables and maybe an umbrella at the pool. Ice maker didnt work, disposal was broken but owner had it fixed i think if this was a group of all adults, there would have been frustrations. The girls had a great time though and i had the master which was nice

Great vacation house!

We love this beach house, especially the front deck and the pool! We truly enjoyed our Labor Day weekend here. The house is clean, spacious and fully furnished, with complete kitchen and household essentials. We will rent this house again in the future!

The perfect place for multiple families!

Four families total fit very comfortably in this house! It was clean, the location to the beach was great, and the fact that they had beach necessities available for the house guests was an added bonus! Truly couldn’t have asked for anything more, we WILL be coming back!

Loved the 5 primary suites, open gathering area, pool, chairs and extras for use, fabulous front porch! The details - primo! Sound machines, beach towels, grills, beach and pool toys, etc. my family thoroughly enjoyed and in fact we already booked for next year! Host was so accommodating.

The check in process

We had a terrible time checking on to the property as the host ghosted us. We were standing with small kids for more than an hour at the property unable even to attend to our nature calls. We got so stressed as we were on phone for more than an hour with vrbo help desk and the kid’s became restless and the whole trip turned to a night mare. They didn’t even provide toilet papers and we had to run to Publix to buy them. Vrbo will lose its brand name if it has hosts like this and I ll have a second thought before booking my stay on vrbo.

Five Star Weekend

What a great weekend getaway! The property exceeded our expectations- beautifully furnished, plenty of space, and convenient to everything. Our host has put a lot of thought and planning into the property. We will definitely want to stay here again.
