Newer build and professionally decorated, Big Orange Beach House has it all and then some! Located on the east end of Ocean Isle Beach at cross street with pubic beach access. This home has 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, sleeps up to 19 and is equipped with a beautiful private heated pool!



Big Orange Beach House has a reverse floor plan: up the stairs to the top floor you will find a gorgeous open living space with beautiful exposed beams, 3 luxurious chandeliers, and floor to ceiling windows surrounding three sides to let in an abundance of ocean views with natural light. This living space consists of the kitchen, dining and living rooms. The sleek and modern kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, a gas stove, a Keurig, and the microwave and dishwasher found in the large kitchen island. The dining room table seats 8 with an additional 8 stools to sit around the kitchen island. The living room has a large plush sectional couch and chairs to comfortably gather the whole family around the massive flat-screen Smart TV. Also on the top floor, you will find a bedroom with a King size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower, the laundry room right off the kitchen and a powder room accessible from the living area.



Walk down the stairs to the lower level where you will find three more bedrooms. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower-tub combo. The third bedroom has a King size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and a stunning marble tiled walk-in shower. Bedroom 4 has 2 bunk beds- one a Double-over-Double with a Twin trundle bed that pulls out, and the other a Twin-over-Twin. Bedroom 5 also has two bunk beds- both Twin-over-Twin and both with a Twin trundle bed that pulls out. Bedroom 4 and 5 share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a double vanity and a shower-tub combo. Also on this floor you will find a second sitting area equipped with a couch that faces a flat-screen Smart TV. All five bedrooms have flat-screen Smart TV's as well.



Take in the salt air and sun on one of the four porches - 2 per floor, located on both the front and rear of the property- with plenty of porch furniture. Or if you don't want to relax on the porch, kick back pool-side on one of the several loungers around the pristine heated pool. Outside you will also find an outdoor shower, a gas grill and a storage closet with an abundance of beach and pool toys: beach chairs, boogie boards, beach cart, paddle ball, corn hole boards and bean bags, just to name a few.

Before You Arrive

We want your arrival to be as easy and seamless as possible. After booking, you’ll receive a short Rental Agreement from our local management team to review and sign electronically before your stay. The pool is open year-round.



October 1st - March 31st : The pool is not heated by default. If you would like the pool heated during your stay, we can attempt to heat it for an additional $75 per day for the entire length of your reservation. As with all pool heating, water temperatures cannot be guaranteed due to weather and outdoor temperature conditions. 



The pool and/or spa is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All children must be supervised in the water at all times by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc. are allowed in or around the pool. Pools are serviced regularly, however please keep in mind that due to the tropical nature of the island, it is not unusual to find unexpected debris and sand in the pool.

Lovely home. Gorgeous kitchen. Lots space to spread out. Quick walk to the beach. I would book again if my parents don’t join us. If you have elderly people in your party that struggle with stairs I recommend finding a place that has an elevator. Thank you for a great week!

Great house close to the beach!

This was a very nice and spacious house. Plenty of room for our group of 18. The pool was very nice and seemed bigger than the other ones we could see. There were more beach chairs than we expected and they were like new. It was a very short walk to the beach and was in a great neighborhood.

Amazing property

House is beautifully decorated, has a great layout, and is perfectly situated at the East end of the island, overlooking the ocean on one side, and the salt marsh on the other. Accommodations were super comfortable, and the house contained everything we needed. There were a few needs we had, and got a prompt response from the host. Definitely would stay again—amazing!

The home was absolutely beautiful. Extremely clean, has every kitchen gadget you can think of, very well thought out. We spent most of our time at the pool which again extremely clean. We are very picky on where we stay. I would give 10 star plus. We will be coming back. Oh, note the decor was top notch!

This rental is roomy, comfortable and clean! There were 12 of us for the week we stayed and LTD easily accompanied our group. Access the beach is a very short walk. The provided equipment in the garage area enhanced our stay. The beach equipment cart was extremely useful but it does need minor repair work. We will rent this home again!

A treat!

Rental company was very responsive and we appreciate that. House was beautiful, beds were comfortable. We appreciated having multiple bathrooms.We did have a few issues submitting the contract but the rental company helped to resolve that. The rooms were listed on different floors than what we actually found - this has now been updated on the site. It did cause some confusion / minor issues for us b/c we specifically selected this house for the layout we thought we were getting. Our GS Troop was on a tight budget and we bought supplies that were actually on hand, so that was a bummer but we did find everything we needed and enjoyed our stay.

Our family gathered here for a reunion. This was the half-way point for us. We could not have been more satisfied with the location, the house and the management. The house was described accurately with one exception. There were MANY more amenities than mentioned, such a good thing! When I inquired about some items that might be available, I was told the "things come and go" with renters and he wasn't sure exactly what was there. There were children's toys, games, and a storage closet filled with beach and pool toys, supplies, bikes, and outdoor games. The kitchen was more than adequately stocked for our family of 14 with many leftover spices and cooking ingredients. There is plenty of seating, eating space and the beds were extremely comfortable. I would definitely recommend this house and would re-book in the future.

This was our 3rd consecutive year booking the big orange beach house. It is in a great location, close to beach access. The host is fantastic with great communication. If you cook a lot you'll find the cookware is tired and needs additions and upgrades along with new knives. The maintenance and cleaning crews really lacked the attention to detail we have been accustomed to. Great stay but its all about the details.
