Lovely 4 Bed/4 Bath Pet-Friendly Villa, short walk to beach on west end of OIB

Spacious 4 bedroom, 4 bath condo, 2nd floor unit with elevator, located in the Islander Villas on the west end of beautiful Ocean Isle Beach. Pet-friendly and only a short walk to the perfect beach. Sleeps 12 with 1 king in master, 1 queen, 2 doubles & 2 sets of single bunk beds. Each bedroom has its own bath attached, with new carpet recently installed. Smart TV’s in all bedrooms and living room with cable and WiFi included. Fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Large covered deck with views of the waterway where you can enjoy your morning coffee as well as the gorgeous OIB sunsets. Deck has gated access for your kids’ and pet’s safety. Tennis/pickle ball and basketball courts on site, and access to the Oceanfront pool and tiki bar at The Isles Club is available between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Golf carts are fine, however please note that trailers are not allowed per HOA restrictions. Sufficient parking for 4 vehicles at unit plus overflow parking located at tennis courts.

This condo is gorgeous, well equipped and the location is outstanding. Lee is very responsive to questions and great to work with. The elevator is also a nice amenity. No steps to walk up and down. We have already booked for next year.

A Delightful Stay

This is a well appointed villa with a fabulous porch to enjoy. Pet friendly is so nice with pet safe porch. Having 4 bedrooms with bathrooms is a very thoughtful design making it a very comfortable for private spaces. Owner has very accessible to answer specific questions

Home

Some extended family and I stayed here when my brother got married. From check in to check out we had a wonderful time. Everything was clean and straightforward. Owner was extremely responsive and friendly when we had questions. Views from the balcony in the evening were beautiful. Walk to the beach took about 10 minutes at a leisurely stroll. And a quick 5 minute drive took us right to the restaurants. Overall we loved our trip and would love to come back!

Special Spring Break

Wonderful property owners make rentals such as this one as enjoyable as it was. The West end location is beautiful - a very short quick walk to the easy beach access. A cooler than expected spring break allowed us a lot of time on the basketball and tennis courts! The corner lot this units building sits on allows for a private and quiet stay. The units space was wonderful for a family with young kids and a sweet puppy. The owners excel in communication and making their guests stay as easy and relaxing as possible. A wonderful spring break get away for us!

Fantastic getaway

Great place to grandparents, daughter and her husband and four grandchildren to stay. Four bedrooms and baths were great and nice kitchen and large table for eight and family room all as a long open room made for fun interaction. A ten minute walk to the beach or you can drive to the Isle Beach Club and park. Both ways worked nicely. Two nice tennis courts and 2 basketball areas, which we used several times. In April, we had the beach pretty much to ourselves and played a lot of four square! Everyone had an absolutely wonderful time. I would highly recommend this condo and owner returned text questions right away.

spacious lovely condo!

It was wonderful to be able to bring my handicapped mother along--there was room for her to maneuver and the condo was enjoyable to be in. It was great to bring the dog AND have that access for Mama--VRBO has not always been easy to determine if those types of things are available as part of the facility description. Lee made it easy by even including a photo of Samson (his pooch) by the elevator. Dead on it! That was a good selling point to include!
