Nothing Beats Ocean Front! - Great Views - Direct beach access - Many updates

Ocean Front Condo (2 unit house)! Private beach access and ocean front gazebo. Sleeps 14, 4 bed / 4 Bath: 6 Q Beds, 1 K bed. All bedrooms have private sink and toilet. Two bedrooms share a jack-n-jill shower or tub/shower. The main area has a new 60" TV with Hulu Live and Netflix. 1Gig WiFi to handle all your portable devices. The open concept of the dining area and living room provides a spectacular view of the ocean and has enough sitting area to hold great conversations. Having a separate well stocked kitchen provides space to prepare meals and helps reduce the noise to other parts of the condo. The four bedrooms are spacious and provides a relaxing and peaceful sleeping area. ( Open windows slightly and listen to the ocean waves). The covered porch is excellent space to relax in the shade and watch the ocean and dolphins. You're steps away from the outdoor shower that has seating and foot wash. The first floor unit has fewer steps to the beach and outdoor activities.

This is the first floor of a two level / 2 unit house.

The condo was in excellent condition and extremely well-appointed inside and out. The only problem encountered was that the TV in the main living area did not work. May be an electrical issue as the adjacent light did not work either. I would certainly rent this unit again.

We had a wonderful time and the house was amazing. Host was very helpful, even taking a late call when we couldn't find the lock box!On our next visit, we will definitely try to rent both units, cause it's a tiny bit awkward to share the yard... but it was worth it for all the nice outdoor features

Very nice accommodations for a weekend book club retreat. The house has everything you would want, and more. Ocean front. Initially had an HVAC issue, but that was quickly resolved. Would highly recommend.

Beauty By the Beach!!

I loved this beach house- Perfectly priced- 4 bedrooms 4 baths and 2 tub/shower rooms.The backyard games and fire pit were so much fun for the all and the beach is steps away.I Highly recommend!

Just what we needed!

My husband and I along with two grown adult children and their partners stayed and had a lovely time. We cooked most meals with a couple of exceptions. And played games and slept on the beach. Simple times, no stress and lovely memories. Loved the ease of access to the beach and how spacious the house is for everyone to find a place to chill on their own when needed.

Location was great and amenities a plus

Our group included 4 adults and 5 kids ages 8-13. Everyone loved the cornhole, the lounge chairs, and sitting on the porch. We also had a fire and cooker S'mores. There were a few deer that appeared in the mornings and evenings right out back and the kids also really enjoyed seeing them. The house had a cart to carry items to the beach and is right next to a public beach access so that was convenient. There were several beach chairs there as well.

This location is a great spot on Ocean Isles
 property is as described in pictures and detail. Kitchen is very well stocked. it’s nice that each bedroom has its own bathroom.Outdoor area is amazing along with all the extras that you can use on the beach.Just keep in mind that there is a unit above you and if they have children that like to run around, you can hear that.

We had a group of 8 golfers. Plenty of room and very clean. We used the back yard the majority of the time and there was so much to do. Fire pit was such a treat. Everyone sitting around it having conversations and enjoying the fire. We will book again. No doubt.Host was awesome and so easy to check in.

Great stay!

Had a great stay! A few things needed to be fixed and they were very quick to come and fix anything! Place was very clean and has pretty much anything you’d need! Has one nice bed and the rest could use a mattress topper but other than that we had a wonder stay and would definitely stay again!

Nice Weekend Getaway
