LOVELY OCEAN-FRONT HOME, 5 BEDROOMS/BATHS, LARGE POOL, GREAT MID-ISLAND LOCATION

This is the East Side of a huge oceanfront duplex, each side boasting 2500 square feet of very livable space -5 bedrooms, 5 baths, two large living areas, spacious kitchen and dining, huge front porch, and an extra large private pool that is shared only by the two sides of the duplex. For 2022 rentals, the kitchen has new cabinets and back splash, a new glass-top electric stove and a new French door refrigerator. All bathrooms have new LVT flooring, new and higher vanities, new and higher toilets, and new showers, tubs and faucets. The pool has been completely redone with a new bottom, new tiles, and a new surround. There is a new gas grill.

Enjoy an unimpeded vista of the Atlantic Ocean's blues and greens from the many windows and porches of this oceanfront house in beautiful Ocean Isle Beach.

This lovely home affords large comfortable rooms in its 2500 square feet. Plenty of space for people to gather for fun and fellowship, yet five bedrooms and five baths offer space for privacy as well. Upon arrival, you'll find the beds made with comfy linens and fluffy towels provided (see Note Two). A well-appointed kitchen is stocked with everything needed to cook delicious meals. (Want to grill? Underneath the house, you will find both a charcoal grill and a gas grill.) A commercial ice maker provides all the ice you'll need. The large dining table seats ten, and the counter stools add seating for six more. The spacious living area feels even larger with nine-foot ceilings. Need another large space? The second floor sunroom affords ample seating and another TV and, best of all, a wide and unimpeded view of the ocean. The views from the large front porch and second-floor deck are gorgeous.

Start off your day sipping coffee while swaying back and forth in the gazebo swing. The oranges and reds of sunrise spell the beginning of a fun and colorful beach day! Whip up a yummy breakfast, then walk down the boardwalk of this mid-island house right onto the soft sands of the widest section of the island's beach.

Sunbathe and read, frolic in the tidal pools, body surf or ride the waves on boogie boards. Walk the beach and collect shells for miles in either direction. Want to check on what fisherman are catching? Drop by the pier which is just a five-minute stroll away. Interested in putt-putt, ice-cream, beach shops, restaurants, the coastal museum, or a brand new park? They are all within an easy ten-minute walk from this prime island location.

Ready for a dip in fresh water? This house offers one of the largest pools on the island with comfortable lounging chairs surrounding it. Need a beverage? A second refrigerator located in the storage room just outside the pool gate provides ample room for food and drink without having to walk up any stairs!

Jump in your car and be off the island in five minutes for grocery shopping at Lowe's or Publix or just down the road a bit to Food Lion. Pick up fresh seafood and local produce to cook at the house. Nearby restaurants offer wonderful and tasty variety on those nights you don't want to cook.

Feeling the need to hit a little while ball? Numerous quality golf courses are within a fifteen-minute drive. Visit Myrtle Beach or Wilmington, each only 40 minutes away.

As afternoon flows into evening, and air turns mauve in color, hit the beach to experience the magnificent turquoises and purples and fuchsias of sunset. Sit in your beach chair and enjoy the quiet of day's end on the beach. After dinner, go out on the upper deck or boardwalk or back on the beach to marvel at the evening sky with the moon's shine and diamond blinks of thousands of stars.

TVs and puzzles and games provide night time entertainment. (On Friday nights in the summer, stroll to the park beside the museum for a free concert featuring live bands and an area for dancing.) Sit on the porch and rock to the rhythm of the ocean waves, relax into the softness of the ocean breeze. Reflect on the end of another perfect Ocean Isle Beach day!
