This condo is furnished beautifully with beach style furnishings, comforters and decor. The kitchen has been fully renovated with new appliances, countertops, cabinets and backsplash. A brand new feature is the beverage center with additional space for adult beverages as well as family friendly drinks. The entire condo has a beautiful fresh coat of soothing light gray paint. There are TVs (5 total) in all rooms and comfortable deck furniture. Sleeping 11, it is perfect for families, golfers and couples. Two families or three or four couples without children will find this the ideal vacation rental.

Our ocean view is unmatched by any other Islander Resort Villa. Within 2-5 minutes you are on the wide, flat beach, tennis/pickle ball/basketball courts or at the beach club with its oceanside pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, tiki bar and outdoor restaurant. Also on the island are mini golf, Community Center with daily children's activities, children's park, a coastal museum, wave runner rentals, arcades, summer outdoor movies and concerts each week at the park, beach shops and several restaurants.

Rent a golf cart or bikes for your stay and cruise the island: shopping, arcades, mini golf, coastal museum, Community Center, Park, ice cream shoppe and restaurants are all within reach.

Great beach condo

Our week vacation was great. Very clean and convenient location to the beach. Knowing that we didn’t have to worry about bringing bed linens, bath towels AND beach towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish soap and trash bags shows the owner is very thoughtful and cares about your stay!Very easy to communicate with owner for anything you need during stay!

Wedding weekend

Came to Ocean Isle for a wedding weekend. We drove from the upstate of SC (4 1/2 hours west). One son/wife flew from Boston to Myrtle Beach (1 hour south), other son/wife flew in from NYC to Charlotte (3 1/2 hours west). I was happy that all could arrive with no problems. We came in the off season, so everything was really quiet. The property was exactly as described. The owners communicated quickly and clearly. Prior to arrival we received information that was residence, property/development and community specific. No surprises. Take the time to read the information that the owner sends to you. It is helpful and alleviates any confusion. There is an elevator to the 3rd floor which was a huge help. The floors, bathrooms, kitchen, and beds were clean. The residence receives tons of natural light and you have views of the ocean and surrounding area. We had an excellent experience!

Family Beach Week

Our stay in this condo was perfect from the time we arrived until the time we left. Everything was just as the photos show. We have stayed here for the past 3 years but this year was different, all new kitchen from the appliances, countertops and cabinets to all new flooring throughout and fresh paint on the walls. It was very welcoming and very clean. The owner Terry could not have been more helpful. She responded to any questions and concerns that I had. Despite tropical storm, Debby we made it through and have booked again for 2025. Can’t wait to go back !!! đŸŒŠđŸ–ïž

This was such a pleasant stay. This was a beautiful condo and we had plenty of space for family. The kitchen was perfect and plenty of seating provided in dining area. All rooms were furnished with plenty of storage space. The view from the back patio is perfect for photographers. The oceanfront pool is within walking distance. You will enjoy your stay here.

Terry was super responsive when we had questions or needed some assistance. The layout of the condo worked very well for our group of 4 adult siblings and spouses. Kitchen was very nicely stocked, including a toaster oven, air fryer combo. The view from the deck is fantastic.

Great spot for a family vacation!

We loved our stay here. The condo had everything we needed and is in a great location just a few minutes walk from tennis courts and the beach. The pool is just a few minutes farther, but a pleasant walk. And since this is on the third floor, the ocean view was great!

Family Celebration

This was our second time staying here in this condo. A lot to celebrate with family this year and what a perfect place to stay. The weather, the food and the views could not have been better. Relaxing Stay with a View!

We loved this condo! Having 4 bedrooms, each with a private bath was fantastic! All the rooms are great size, and the rear deck was roomy with a bar height resin table and 6 bar stools! The condo is on the top floor and the rear deck faces both sunrise and the ocean! I haven't ever been an early riser, but I found myself looking forward to 6am each day to go watch the sunrise on the deck with my coffee! And upon our return from the beach, the deck was shaded and breezy from the ocean breezes for cocktails and late afternoon snacks! The kitchen, dining area and living room areas are laid out well and the condo has 2 access doors to the rear deck. There is a lagoon area to watch the turtles, sea birds and one little 3-foot alligator from the deck as well! There are also 2 tennis courts that now also have pickleball lines and another former tennis court that is now a full-sized basketball court that you can see from the condo! The road goes in a huge circle around the condo complex and we saw people walking for exercise and many kiddo's riding bikes etc. The walk to the beach is 3-4 minutes and it wasn't very crowded during our stay! You can have a golf cart at this condo complex which is rare for condos in OIB. We drove to The Isles access twice and it was nice to have the Tipsy Turtle restaurant as an option for lunch while at the beach! Thank you so much to the Tubb's for sharing your home with us!! We had a great stay and hope to be back in the future!

Our Family vacation 2023

We loved the view of this third row property from the deck! You can see the bridge and the beach like you’re right there! But OIB is getting so built up that this won’t be forever we think in a few years it will change. The elevator was great for my elderly parents and the walk to the beach was like two football fields away. The unit was clean and nice. We cooked in a lot so the kitchen could use some serving bowls and a griddle pan. There is a nice beach closet but it needs some cleaning out as there are many broken items like the beach cart. Terry is great at communicating through the rental and answering questions. We did have a huge problem the first day and lost a day as at check out the instruction is to turn the AC up to 80. When we got in at four we turned it down and the unit never cooled off! My elderly parents ages 80 and 85 trying to unpack started to get sick it was so hot! We were in contact with Terry who got an AC technician there at 10:30 pm and Terry had told us to open the windows. We slept with the windows open and bugs got in holy screens. Needless to say it was a sleepless night as it finally cooled down by 4 am! We do appreciate Terry who was great in communication but felt we lost a day and it was stressful for all of us to start our vacation that way. We were hoping to be credited for a lost first day. Also when renters are coming in I don’t think in the hub of summer the instructions should be to turn the AC to 80 as the unit will never catch up.
