GUEST ACCESS
You will have access to the entire condo (with the exception of two small privately locked closets), our storage unit with beach gear, community pool and grilling areas.

As one of the premier NC Brunswick beaches, Ocean Isle Beach is a 50-minute drive to Wilmington and within 45 minutes of both Southport and Myrtle Beach, where you can explore an array of attractions, indulge in shopping and golf, savor delectable dining experiences, and immerse yourself in the local ambiance.

We are part of an HOA and have important rules to be mindful of:
-Pets are NOT allowed
-There is NO SMOKING in our unit or anywhere on the Sandvillas property premises
-Golf carts, boats or trailers are NOT allowed in the Sandvillas parking lot
-Community pool is open from April-October. Rules are posted and should be followed by ALL guests to ensure the safety and enjoyment of everyone. Our pool is not heated or lit, so no swimming after dark per state law.

Our condo is on the second floor, up four short flights of stairs. We do not have an elevator.

Great spot for relaxation!

The condo is beautifully decorated, clean, and has a well-equipped kitchen. The neighborhood is quiet. The beach is literally a 2 minute walk. We loved that our hosts had things already there like kitchen garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper, ice, and coffee pods for the Keurig, making it nice upon arrival and no rush to the grocery store. Would highly recommend this unit.

Outstanding location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 day stay. Jennifer was very responsive to our questions and we found the unit exactly as described. It was especially nice that sheets, towels, beach gear and bikes were provided. The unit also had a bit of an ocean view and a beach access walkway just across the street. We would rent again. Memories Made Easy

We loved the proximity to beach with our family of 5, and the ability to utilize their beach items and bikes meant we saved time and money packing or renting gear! Our 3 kids enjoyed the pool while my husband and I relaxed poolside. Property has a nice covered porch with ocean views that we used throughout our weekend stay. We were able to make great memories and will return!

Wonderful place to stay!

My family and I had a wonderful stay! The condo was perfect for my family of four. It was very clean,and beautifully decorated. The owners were so nice and quick to respond to any messages. The walk to the beach was short, and we loved hearing the ocean waves from the balcony. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect Oasis!

Loved staying at this 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo in Ocean Isle Beach & would highly recommend it it for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway! The hosts could not have been any more helpful before, during, and after our stay & were super quick to answer any of my texts. They made us feel so welcome, just like we were guests staying at their personal home. We knew all about our check in procedures as well as codes & passwords a couple of days before we even arrived, which just takes one of the worries about traveling away from home out of the equation! The condo was exactly as described and the extras that were provided made our trip even better. Between the hosts and previous guests, we used so little of the "staples" that we brought with us--paper goods, garbage bags, spices, toiletries. We traveled from more than 11 hours away and it was wonderful not to have to bring our own linens--especially great was that they were of a good quality with the beds already made and the towels & wash clothes in the vanities! The unit was immaculate & the owners closet had all the beach provisions listed. The weather was not on our side so we didn't get to use the chairs, wagon & bikes as much as we hoped but it was great to know we could have. We've been using VRBO for the past 3 years, all with good experiences, but this has been our most successful match for everything we needed at a place that was exactly as described with hosts who made the entire experience a terrific experience!

My happy place!

We have been visiting OIB for over 35 years! This year was our 40th Wedding Anniversary that was made very memorable at Driftwood Oasis. Everything we needed was right there. This cozy condo was perfect, very clean, quiet and relaxing. Everything about our stay was excellent Quick walk to beach with nothing to carry. The beach wagon, chairs, umbrella, beach towels and the boogie board provided us was wonderful. I would rent this condo again and would recommend it. I would like to give a shout out to Jenn for being a wonderful host!

Great Beach Vacation

Condo is right across from the beach, so convenient. My grandsons loved having both the beach and pool to play in. They have everything you need in the kitchen to cook which my family loves to do together. We enjoyed every minute, and the host was really responsive when we had a question.

Perfect for our family!

This was our first time staying at Ocean Isle Beach, so we didn’t know what to expect. Needless to say, we absolutely loved it there. And we loved our condo. It was exactly as described and pictured, well stocked, and beautiful. The access to the beach was literally a minute walk and made it so easy, especially with a toddler. This place was perfect for our family!

Very efficient check in. Property is dated, needs updated. Condition of condo was disappointing. We found a washcloth in the shower, sofa was dirty, water spots on ceiling. Not sure if unit was really cleaned so had to clean it first. The kitchen needs better cook ware. No non stick skillet. The floors under kitchen table had “ red sauce” stains. Aluminum blinds were bent. Towels had dirty looking lint on them. Positives: spacious master. Nice view from balcony with nice outdoor furniture. Supply of beach towels and chairs for us to use. That’s about it. Will not rent again

Very enjoyable!

This property was just the right size for our family of 5. It was clean and looked just as advertised. We enjoyed the how much detail the owners paid attention to such as personal fans, a stocked kitchen, board games, family puzzles, and various equipment for the beach. The complex was quiet and full of friendly people (owners and guests alike). The unit was close enough to the beach that it was not a big deal to run back to grab a forgotten item or to take a child on a potty break. The owner was very responsive and it is evident that they care about their guests’ experience. We love the town of Ocean Isle and are grateful for the memories made there. We will be back!

OIB Again

We have been vacationing on OIB regularly for almost 40 years! This property is well-located with really easy beach access, which is it’s best feature. We did have to make a specific store run so that we could change the battery in the beeping smoke alarm, and the shower curtain and bath mat in the main bedroom were both mildewed, which was not good. Kitchen pots also not good. Upgrades on kitchenware and improved cleanliness would help this one.
