Come for a relaxing, fun-filled stay at this bright and cozy, dog-friendly cottage in Ocean Park! Walk the soft sands of the Long Beach Peninsula, and then return home to newly-renovated living spaces with a patio that's perfect for summertime barbeques.



What’s nearby:

Walk, ride your bike, or drive just a mile to beach access, Pacific Pines State Park, or downtown Ocean Park, which is brimming with small shops and charming restaurants. Tee off at the Surfside Golf Course, just three miles north, offering nine holes surrounded by woodland and the soothing sounds of the nearby surf. For more shopping and dining, head to Long Beach, which also features annual festivals, carnival rides, kite shops, bumper cars, and plenty of other family-fun activities. At the northern and southern points of the peninsula, you'll find Ledbetter State Park and Cape Disappointment State Park, which feature lighthouses as well as the Lewis & Clark Interpretive Center.

Our stay was great! Some of the pluses: good decor, well stocked kitchen, good spices, fire pit, fenced yard for dogs, comfortable bed and furniture, quiet neighborhood, close to beach and shopping. Only a couple small things: there was occasional leaking at the base of the toilet bowl at floor level and some minor floor noise. We would definitely stay at the Sea Glass Cottage on a future trip to the area! Thank you for providing us a terrific base to make good memories!

Great time

We had a wonderful time with friends. It was a short drive to every place we wanted to go. Jack's Mercantile was amazing and we enjoyed the Cranberry Museum. Being elderly, next time we'll get a two bathroom place. The door lock was a challenge at times. We were able to relax and I didn't do any yard work which needed attention.

Perfect little home away from home. The kids thought it was the coolest place and loved the "super comfy comfy" bed. We appreciated having access to all the necessities of a home. The beds and blankets are wonderfully soft! Just a 20ish minute drive to town which is perfect and of course a quick walk or drive down to the beach. We hope to stay a bit longer next year and may bring our pups along too. My only complaint would be the "hidden" dirtiness. I'm a housekeeper so I see things others may not. The vent in the bathroom and heaters need to be vacuumed out and dusted. The baseboards were pretty dusty. In the main bedroom there was dirt and some type of spill along with broken glass behind the nighstand and bed frame. Again, I would definitely still stay here because the home was clean overall, but the housekeepers need to pay more attention to detail, getting behind furniture and such.

Cute and comfortable

Enjoyed our stay at the cottage with the backyard garden when there was sunshine and the cozy couch when it rained. The kitchen was well stocked with great seasonings if planning to cook. Overall, the place worked well for our weekend at the beach. I will note that the cottage was only surface level clean. Could definitely use a deep clean for an extra star or two.

Clean the Grates

The house was clean in the most important places, eg bathroom and kitchen. The wall heaters, which were in every room, had a lot of lint and dust in the grates. Yuck. The tops of the base boards were also dirty. House met our expectations in all other ways.

Sea Glass Cottage

It was perfect for the weekend. Clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels and toiletries. Even soap for the washing machine. Comfortable beds and nice living room arrangement.

Long weekend getaway

We stayed for three nights. Vacasa sent a text letting us know we could check in early for no extra charge which was very nice. The house was just what you would expect from a little beachy cottage. We used the second bedroom for storage. The only thing not provided in the kitchen was a pizza slicer, but the knives worked for that. There was a small ant problem in the kitchen we noticed on our last day. We would definitely stay here again. The back yard was perfect for our dog, and we did use the fire pit, which was great as well.

We did notice on the second night that the front door and all of the windows were unlocked. The only lock was on the door that we needed to use the code to get in with.

The house was great, clean and minutes from the town of ocean park. House had everything we needed for our stay. The cleaning fee and other fees were very reasonable, also the checkout was very easy.

A Nice Place to Stay in Ocean Park

We enjoyed our stay in Ocean Park. The check in process was easy, we got automated texts. They had a full kitchen with all utensils which was nice. The beds were comfy. The place was a little old, with uneven flooring so if you have mobility issues or vertigo I would not recommend. But it would be fine for the average traveler. I did like the enclosed yard. That was helpful for our dog! Also had nice parking.

Nice Gem

Place was clean and just the right size for hubby and I. Check in is a breeze, location is what we needed, comfy beds and pillows, kitchen well stocked for cooking. Nice yard for our furry friend. We intend on staying again in the future.

Cute, Quiet and Pet Friendly

This is a nicely decorated cottage in a quiet neighborhood. We stayed here with our dog and all felt very comfortable. We had a great time at the Sea Glass Cottage. Hope to go back again!

adorable family friely property and home.

We loved this adorable home. It was just the right size for our family of four. Our kiddos loved walking in the neighborhood and picking local huckleberries we learned about at a local museum. The home was very clean and easily located. We would.love to stay here again.

Nice quiet little place

This is a great little clean place for no more than 4 people who are wanting to escape the crowds. We had 3 adults and 2 teens and it was a bit crammed.. plus sharing a bathroom with everyone was rough. My husband and I slept on the sleeper sofa the first night and it was pretty horrible. We were a big taco.. It felt like we were sleeping on a hill. I was not able to sleep not only because of the bed, but the floors and doors are so loud. If anyone moves you are going to hear it. Bring ear plugs, and put the sleeper sofa mattress on the floor if you need to use it. TRUST ME. Also, bring some off! Bug repellent as well. All in all this place was really clean and had everything well stocked.. not having a dishwasher was a bit frustrating, but we brought paper plates, so it cut down on some of the cleaning time.
