Brand new hot tub and fenced in yard!!!!!!!!  The Kwan Tip Beach House is located 4 miles south of the downtown area of Ocean Shores. Agate beach is just short drive or you could walk. This beautiful brand new home is tastefully decorated and offers  2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with queen sized beds. There is a pull out sofa in the living room as well. 
The garage has been turned into a game room . So when the weather isnt perfect you still have family friendly stuff to do. 

Dogs are okay with an additional fee.

Family Time
Great place for a family to hang out. We enjoyed the game room, great place for the kids and adults to play and visit.
