One of the nicest hotels at the beach that we have been to, and for a great price. The amenities are great too: hot tub, pool, sauna, breakfast. Highly recommend

Most of the staff were quite nice, with one exception of the evening lady. She was short and seemed she’d rather be on her phone than talk to us. Other than that it was clean, and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

Rooms are in great shape and appear to be recently renovated. Staff were great and friendly. Queen suite is roomy and well-appointed with a door going outside to a private patio. There were long black hairs in the shower and jacuzzi tub. The bed was not comfortable at all. The room was too warm with no A/C or fan. The walls were thin and I could hear dogs barking and people knocking boots. Other than that, pretty good.

Gem in Ocean Shores

We have stayed at several hotels in Ocean shores over our last several vacations. While none of the was bad, Lighthouse Suites was the best of them all. Beautiful Ocean view. Good breakfast with plenty of choices. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lighthouse Suites is now our "go to" in Ocean Shores

The room was clean, the property was great and the staff friendly. However, the bed was hard as a rock, and the lamp on the table in our room was missing a bulb. Other then that I'd say is a great place to stay.

Hotel was good. Staff when checked in and out was terrific. Towels in the room were paper then and rough. The lock on the sliding glass door to patio did not work. The bar that was there to stop people from entering was bent and did not have an end on it. The fan you have to cool the room was not balanced. Had to turn it off because of the noise from wabling, It is above the bed. The choices for breakfast was good. Was clean though.
