Most of the staff were quite nice, with one exception of the evening lady. She was short and seemed she’d rather be on her phone than talk to us. Other than that it was clean, and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

The elevators stink. We were suppose to check in at 4 but didn't get on to 5:30. The lady at the desk was very nice. The room was great. Close to beach. I would come again

We booked and paid for a family room with 2 sets of bunk beds and a king, which I confirmed by phone and at check in. We arrived to our room with 2king beds. I felt it wasn’t worth complaining as I had confirmed it before heading up got to breakfast the next morning, no waffles as told would be part of the breakfast. The next morning we came to the breakfast 20 minutes before closing. No waffles again and virtually no warm breakfast items. Very frustrating and we’ve been there several times over the years and it’s been great. This time we relied on both having the room we booked (with 3 young grandchildren) and the breakfast we were told we would have available between 6-9am. None of those things happened. I’m sad to have had this experience as it will force me to book somewhere else.

--Fantastic view of the ocean! --No A/C in the rooms, so windows have to be open, which means a lot of noise. --The room I was in (303) was out of range of both the hotel's wifi and any cell towers... --Standard hotel breakfast fare, but the entire buffet is lined up on one wall, so a massive line forms. Staff desperately need to move the waffle maker and toaster away from the buffet.

I love to stay at this hotel when I visit my mother. Unfortunately this stay was uncomfortable because the room was smelly and I couldn’t sleep well. Also the refrigerator was broken and leaked water into my food so I had to toss it all.

Stay away

Hotel is worn and dirty. They allow pets and the whole hotel smells of wet dog. The free breakfast is pitiful. For what they charge it is way overpriced. The walls are thin and you can hear everything above and to the sides of you room. Stay away unless you like to be disappointed.

We liked near the beach, did not like all the pets because of what they bring in. While available, the breakfast was somewhat OK. I would advise guests who want the breakfast to arrive early!!! Otherwise, one is lucky to get what one gets.
