Continental breakfast was a bit disappointing...not a lot of options. Throughout our time there the front automatic doors were not functioning...we had to push and pull the doors open and shut in order to enter and exit...although they did request we use a side door which was very inconvenient for us to use for unloading and loading our stuff to/from our room. Opening the patio/balcony door from our room was also quite difficult.

The bed was horribly hard and had dents you could tell it was very old. The pool needed a good cleaning, the vending machines were all out of order. The staff was very friendly.

First off, the entrance to the property was not working so we had to go through a side entrance. The place was very cold and minimalist. The employee at the front desk had a very thick accent so it took awhile to check us in. The other employees(2) or owners were hanging out in the common area. The deposit was $100. The vending machines took cards but were not working so that was very inconvenient. The pool was always(we tried 3 different hours apart) occupied by the employees kids or family members. The sliding glass door in our room was super hard to open to see our view. We decided to just open the smaller window instead of fighting with it. One of the bath towels had makeup on it still. The best part of the stay was the breakfast. Its safe to say we will definitely not be recommending or staying at this hotel again.

Don’t stay here

Was not how the pictures looked at all! The heat did not work in our room so we got offered a space heater, mind you I had a 4 year old with me so that was not an option. I asked for a new room, at 11 at night we moved rooms to a room the tv volume did not work and the tv only stayed on for maybe 10 min at a time before it shut off! The pool was warmer than the hot tub! I will not be staying here again and I would not recommend it!!

Not very ADA compliant or disabled friendly

When I checked in with 2 service dogs they kept requesting their "registration" paperwork and even after showing them the ADA website stating there is no registration in the US, they kept asking for paperwork. They then went on to say how people "tried to take advantage" of service dog laws when their pets weren't service dogs. I tried to explain that yes, that does happen, and the majority of them provide "registration" documents that were bought online, instead of just providing answers to the 2 questions the ADA states can be asked. No true SD handler is going to have an issue answering those questions. If they insist on just showing a document and refuse to answer what tasks the dog is trained to do, chances are they are not an actual SD. They also wanted to charge me an additional "cleaning" fee because of having the service dogs, yet the room was very dingy and not very clean to begin with. The bathtub had a black ring under the splash guard before the actual tub started. There were discolored areas on all the walls, along with scratches. The bed sheets had discolored areas on them when the comforter and top sheet was first pulled down, prior to our dogs even being on the beds. The room was very small and not very disabled friendly. The heater/AC was about 8" from one of the beds. The outlets were very weird and our phone chargers kept falling out. The cord to my Mama's BiPap wouldn't stay in either of the outlets that were near the beds.

This is my third visit to this property in the past 4 years. The new owners are so kind and remembered me when I walked in the door. They lowered my pet fee when I upgraded my room to one with a view. It’s close to the beach and a walking trail, allowing my pup and I to explore with no stress. I would only suggest some eggs for the continental breakfast and I know there’s an egg shortage due to the bird flu outbreak. Overall a great stay, as usual.

They were in the process of painting the facility. Masking tape still on walls. They used our bathroom to clean their paint brushes as there was paint all over the tub.

The property was well kept and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was great, short walk to beach and gift shops / restaurants. The breakfast was ok and the room needed minor updates / touch ups, however none of this negatively impacted our stay. My husband and I would stay again and recommend to others :)

Good ocean view from 3rd floor. Decent room. Needed a few upgrades (sink,sliding door). Windows were dirty so what else was missed?Breakfast was weak. Sausage, hashbrowns biscuits, and gravy and waffles. Bed was comfortable.
