Room was clean but the breakfast could use some help. First day the offered waffles, toast, yogurt and oatmeal. Second day had eggs but that was it. Lack of juices was disappointing. But the hotel was clean and staff was friendly

Our room was next to door that led to outside was very noisy people coming in and out, slamming the door. Pillows are too hard ,toilet was leaking leaving water on the bathroom floor. The towels are so cheap and thin. The bathroom vent does not work leaves the bathroom wet. Will not stay here again. It’s really not paradise.

The room was good. For us, the mattress was a bit firmer then what we like. There was a breakfast, but for us we were unable to partake in it. It was breads and pastry items which were items that I couldn't partake. It would have been nice to have items that were not bread or pastry.

The room is clean and staff are very friendly and welcoming. Continental breakfast was just ok. Waffles were good, but there was no milk for cereal and only apples fruit wise. No sugar free sweetener for coffee. There was only one working ice machine all the way down in the lobby, and we are on the third floor.

The room was terrible. The balcony door didn't fully close or lock, and the shower had no pressure with a broken head, forcing us to take baths. The sink was broken, and the wall sockets were hanging. It was a horrible hotel experience and a total waste of money; I will never stay there again. Not to mention, they tried to put three adults in a room with a single bed when the reservation was for 2 beds and a fold-out.
