Designer Finishes. Beautiful home has everything a retreat has to offer. Main level, has open concept with a stunning living room, TV, dining area and a well equipped gourmet kitchen with gas range, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops. Separate sitting room with TV and pocket doors for privacy. Screened porch with additional dining space and outdoor deck with lounge furniture, grand umbrella and grill.

Bedroom #1, Master Bedroom with a California King Bed, master bathroom includes soaking tub, shower, his/hers vanities.

Bedroom #2, includes Queen size bed, and TV.
Bedroom #3, includes Queen size bed, and TV.
Full bathroom.
Laundry room and 2 car garage.

Second Level:

Bedroom #4, Master Bedroom with a Queen Bed, full bathroom.

While relaxing on porch and deck enjoy stunning golf course and pond views. Egrets and bird watching on the lounge chairs with family. Amenities are many and include 27 hole golf course (fees are extra), and club restaurant. Indoor/outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts, tennis lessons, pickle ball courts, fitness center, basketball courts and much more, passes and shuttle to beach during high season available at $65 per person per week. Home has high speed internet. Less than 3 miles from Bethany Beach and also close to Fenwick beaches, Rehoboth and Ocean City. Has power cord to charge Tesla car upon request. Gourmet chef kitchen with platters, glasses and utensils.

Great stay!

This property is beautifully decorated and was very clean. We appreciated the great appliances, and the supply of kitchen items that suited a large group. We enjoyed the pool and other amenitiies. It's a very peacful place. Communication with host was good and check-in was easy. The ac works very well (with a small caveat noted below) and has separate controls for the upstairs and downstairs. Loved the screened-in porch. A couple of things I wish I had known; one of the downstairs front bedrooms does not have a vent for air conditioning; we bought a fan and this worked well. Also, neither of the downstairs front bedrooms has a closet; there is drawer space but the only hanging space is a set of hooks attached to the wall in each room with a few hangers provided. These are not dealbreakers, just things I wish I'd been aware of. Finally, the front bathroom, (for the two queen bedrooms, i.e. for four people) is certainly adequate but small, with a single sink. Again, not a dealbreaker. Nice shower. I would stay here again; lovely property!

Large family vacation

The house was the perfect size and layout for multiple generations and extended family staying together for a week. Easy access to the beach and essentials. When we had an issue with the dishwasher, a repairman was sent the same day. The neighborhood was lovely and the pool/fitness center were much nicer than most you see in these kinds of communities. A great vacation stay.

Bethany beach family vacation 2022

Very pleased with the beach home. Beautiful and clean! It was so nice that they provided beach chairs and umbrellas. One less thing to pack! This has nothing to do with the home but for those of you with the kids, this is more of a community. Resorts that we have stayed at in the past have planned activities for kids throughout the day. The cleanliness of the community pool was a 2 out of 5. Again nothing to do with the home owners. Just an fyi.

Perfect Vacation House

We have visited Bear Trap Dunes several times over the years, and this property was, by far, the nicest house in which we have stayed. It was immaculate, beautifully furnished, well appointed, and included everything needed for a week at the beach - beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, etc. The house was very comfortable and more than accommodated our family of eight. We certainly appreciated the effort Larry and Charo made in ensuring we enjoyed our stay. They welcomed us, made sure we had all household supplies, and provided recommendations for enjoying the Bethany Beach area. We definitely plan to reserve this house on our next trip to Bethany Beach.

We had a great family vacation in Bethany! The house was beautiful and very roomy for all of us to have our own space. The owners are very responsive and hospitable. The house is in a big, beautiful neighborhood about 3 miles from the beach. We will certainly return!

Simply Spectacular!

This Ocean View / Bethany Beach Delaware home is truly “spectacular”! It is absolutely beautiful- inside and out. We spent a wonderful week here with our family (7 adults and 4 children). During our stay we celebrated several birthdays and thoroughly enjoyed the nearby beaches in Bethany, Rehoboth, Dewey and Fenwick Island. This home was perfect - tastefully decorated, exceptionally well equipped and the hosts (Charro and Larry) were absolutely amazing! Highly, highly, highly recommended!

Amazing!

Great space and great location

This property is as advertised! With 10 guests, plenty of room and privacy thanks to the bedroom locations. Gorgeous large kitchen, which made all the meals a breeze to prepare and enjoy in the spacious dining area. The screened porch area was nice given the weather for the week, which thankfully was not that hot. The location, right on a golf course and a short 3 mile ride to beach was perfect, just far enough away from the congestion, but close enough to enjoy everything Bethany Beach had to offer. The community pool and pavilion area was less than a mile away, and was used all week (with the purchase of guest passes). All communication with the owners was simple and easy, check in and out was no issue, and they were kind enough to check in during the week to make sure all was well. Would absolutely return if another Delaware family vacation I in our future!

Owners of the property were very friendly. It was a nice large house. Very peaceful setting. The drive to the beach wasn't horrible. Used the pool on a few occasions and it was never crowded. Those taking the shuttle had a few issues with driver going right by them. House could use a little sprucing up. There were lights out, one of the toilets leaked, outside deck had rotting wood and a piece actually was broken off. Screen was partially knocked out in covered porch. When we got there, the room I stayed in looked like it hadn't been dusted in a long long time. There was a full load of towels, etc. in the dryer. Previous renter left a full trash can, so we had to drop off trash in the receptacles in neighborhood. Kitchen pots and pans very pretty beat up and we had to wash everything we used. The grandkids loved the grassy area and overall we had a nice time!

Lovely hosts

The hosts for this property were extremely responsive. We had a large group staying here and the house met all of our needs. They house has everything you need for a fun getaway. We loved eating on the screened in porch. The back deck was also nice for cocktails and coffee. The neighbors are friendly and the pool was a ton of fun! We had hoped to be a little closer to the beach but we figured out how to get to beaches that were not too far away. The house has chairs and a cart so that was VERY helpful. Great stay!

Family Fun

Our family is celebrating birthdays and anniversaries and one of our daughter and her family are moving to Germany this summer so it was a wonderful vacation and a beautiful property! The owner is amazing and so wonderful to work with. We hope we can come back again many more times for more family memories!

Perfect family Getaway. A true home away from home.

If you want peaceful, soothing, relaxing, home away from home vacation destination PLEASE do not hesitate to book this beautiful home. We loved everything about this home. There is a peaceful aura that just takes over you from the moment that you step in. The house is fully stocked with everything that you need. If your like my family, cooking together is a big thing for us. There is plenty of space for more than one in the kitchen. If your in to feeling the breeze after a long day, the porch will be your best friend while overlooking the golf course. There is plenty of space for big families and family game time. The Smith family can not wait to come back.
