This brand new two story single family house is located in Ocean Way Estate community with 2450 square feet living space and is now available for summer rental specials! There are two king bedrooms, one queen bedroom, one kids bedroom with two bunk beds and one additional guest room/loft with a single bed and two futons. Just bring your own linens and towels!

The house is kids friendly with a full size crib and a high chair. There are smart TVs in almost all bedrooms which you could access your own Netflix/hulu etc. accounts to enjoy your shows just like if you were home. We do provide entertainment channels and free wifi during your stay. There is a Wii console for you in the guest room/loft area as well. There are also lot of beach chairs, and sand toys in the house for you and your family to enjoy your stay at the beach.

The location of this house is unbeatable. It is behind Sea Colony and Beach Club in Ocean View, DE. It is less than 2 miles and just minutes drive away from Bethany Beach boardwalk with lots of activities at your choices, such as beaches, biking, fishing, dinning, hiking, etc.

This house is beautifully designed with open view and high ceilings. The first floor includes the master king bedroom with private full bathroom and spacious walk-in closet, the queen bedroom, kids bedroom with two bunk beds. As you enter the house, you will see an beautiful welcoming arched entrance followed by a short hallway leading to the foyer. To the left of the entrance is the queen bedroom, a tower closet and a hallway full bathroom. Walking past the arch, to your left is the kids’ bedroom with two bunk beds. To your right will be the laundry room with its brand new wi-fi enabled washer and dryer with a sink and access to the garage.

The great room in the first floor is huge with open floor plan which features high ceiling with ceiling fan and 10 recessed lights, a full size kitchen, dining room, living room. The kitchen is equipped with brand new GE stainless steel appliances, including a cook-top with 4 stoves, oven, genuine granite counter top and a spacious island so you can cook to your heart’s content. There are plenty of tableware and silverware as well as pots, pans, baking trays and other everyday kitchen necessities. The dining area to the back of the kitchen is equipped with a elegant glass top dining table that could sit your party (8 people) so you can enjoy more time together on your vacation. There are three bar stools for additional seating at kitchen. The living room features a large HD TV and over sized modern leather sofas.

The second floor is entirely carpeted and features a king bedroom, a full bathroom and additional guest room/loft. The additional guest room/loft has a Wii console, couch bed for a perfect hide out. There are also two futons for additional beds.

The house also haven a 2 car garage with and a 4 car parking driveway. There is a new paved patio in the backyard with a gas grill, patio table, and chairs. The house provides an outside shower to wash off the sand after your fun time at the beach. The brand new BBQ stove will be provided for your family cookout. It is a perfect place to relax and have fun with family. The house is also equipped with a security key pad operated door so you don’t have to worry about brining your keys in a bathing suit!

(Beach chairs, Sand toys, Stroller are available. Just bring your own linens, towers or rent them locally to enjoy your time at the beach!)

Wonderful home away from home

We booked this property for the summer and loved it! Its a perfect sized (and spacious) home for 2 families. Home was clean, nicely decorated and furnished. Love that its close to everything — though by drive — we ended up visiting 3 boardwalks and even has a side trip to Cape May by ferry.

Very great place and neighborhood.

Check-in was seamless. The house is elegant and comfortable to stay. Everything needed for our stay was there. The house is close to the beach. The kids wish they could stay longer. It was very relaxing and homely. Thanks to the owner. We hope to be back sometime in the future.

My overall evaluation is good. The house provided ample space for our family and was a short ride to the beach. Although we could get around it, my issue was with the cleaning. We found candy wrappers in one corner and the coffee makers were in desperate need of cleaning.

Awesome Stay

Thank you so much for sharing your house with us. I wanted to note that my husband is handicapped. He loved that there was a bedroom and a walk-in shower on the first floor and a beautiful open floor plan. It made it easy for him to get around in his wheelchair and walker. The 2 boys who are 15 and 16 year-olds rent bikes and they were able to go back-and-forth to the beach on their own.

Beautiful home

Everything was just as anticipated with a few exceptions. Renters should have a professional exterminator on a quarterly basis. There were ants on the kitchen counter and kitchen floor and also at the front door and front bedroom every day. Other than that, I would have been very happy with the house.

Amazing experience

My entire family and I spent the most amazing week here and enjoyed every moment. The house was super clean and even had paper towels, garbage bags, toilet paper, and laundry detergent. We had an issue with the dishwasher that was quickly and efficiently taken care of by the owner. Communication was a breeze. You can tell the owner has really thought about every aspect of the house. There are extra folding chairs and tables, beach toys, beach chairs, a wagon etc. The location was very accommodating. It’s right outside of the Bethany Beach limits but the drive to the beach was easy. There are plenty of stores nearby that made our stay easy and relaxing. Would give this house, our experience, and the owner 10 stars if we could!!!

Great stay, clean and accommodating!

Very clean, well maintained newer house. Really liked the kitchen and all the storage, so you felt like you weren’t living out of your suitcase, but actually living in the home. Would like more lighting options so bright spotlights didn’t have to stay on in evening (maybe a coffee table, side table in main space), and more comfortable furniture in family room because that’s where everyone gathers… But this space is wonderful to share with a large family or a few friends.

Wonderful house close to beach, but communication problems with owner

The only problem we experienced was during the check-in process where the owner did not communicate with us until one hour after we were supposed to check into the property. She was very apologetic and gave us a $200 refund for our trouble, so I am not maliciously posting this review, but she does need to improve her communication with her clients. She needs to send the check in instructions to the client as soon as we sign the rental lease, so we have that peace of mind that we can check into property when we arrive. Otherwise, the house was clean and as advertised, and we enjoyed our stay there.

Bethany Beach Bliss

The house is very accurately described by the pictures provided. Spacious, clean, nicely appointed with near instant hot water for showers, modern kitchen appliances and sufficient TV's to satisfy multiple family members simultaneously should adverse weather keep you in. Beach equipment, beach toys, kitchen utensils, grilling equipment were never found lacking during our weeks stay. Everyone including grandparents (65+ yrs), parents (30ish) and children (5 - 10 yrs) were impressed with the house with the kids particularly enamored with something called the "Switch." Sleeping arrangements allow for adults to have privacy while allowing semi-supervised communal bunks for the kids. Location in a quiet residential and or vacation home community was great for us. The price point for the property appeared to accurately reflect the 20 minutes to the beach.

A quiet and easily accessible neighborhood at Bethany

This was really an ideal home for our joined families. We were a bit apprehensive about needing to drive to and park at the beach, but we managed easily each day to park quite close as long as we got there before 10. The house was lovely, clean, and an ideal set up for the four children with the bunk beds in the middle bedroom. The great room set up with the kitchen was also perfect. The outside shower allowed everyone to de-sand before coming into the house. Lots of restaurants close by, as well as easy access to the canal for kayaking. We recommend this home enthusiastically.

A good time.

We had a few hiccups along the way as far as communication ,but overall our stay was great. We had a great time and enjoyed the beach house. The beach is crowded and the town is small, but not far from other beaches. It’s a quiet neighborhood and our family loved that.
