This is a very well-maintained BAYFRONT home in the popular Bayside at Bethany Lakes resort community. It has comfortable pillow top mattresses, furnishings from Bethany Resorts, and hardwood floors throughout. We have WiFI and four TVs (including 2 Smart TV’s and 2 LCD TVs), two stereos, and a gas fireplace! Also, we have two balconies/decks with amazing sunset views over the bay and comfortable Polywood furniture. The kitchen is well stocked and has new appliances.

We provide bed linens for our guests.

Our unit is bayfront with waterviews from the living room and kitchen, the upstairs loft area, and the bedroom with 2 twin beds. We are a short walk from the Clubhouse (about 100 yards). You can see the pool from our deck.

The living room is on the main floor with a powder room. Half a level up is our kitchen and Master Suite. Upstairs are 3 more bedrooms and a full bath as well as the loft area. The washer & dryer are also upstairs. There are 2 decks - one off the living room and one off the upstairs loft. There are 2 dining areas - one table for 4 in the. kitchen and one table for 4 in the living room which is a half level down from the kitchen.

The Bayside at Bethany Lakes Clubhouse has excellent amenities (there's a huge great room with a gas fireplace, a sports bar area, and a commercial quality kitchen that owners & guests can use). There is an indoor & outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, sauna, game room with video games, ping pong, & pool table, locker rooms with shower facilities, gas grill by the outdoor pool, outside shower, and WiFi. There is also a kayak launch and picnic area just to the right of our building. There are tennis courts and a children's playground as well. No boring rainy days here! Best Clubhouse in Bethany Beach! Very nice family-oriented community. ** Clubhouse fee collected separately by the HOA - see last photo for rates. **

Close to beach, boardwalk, several golf courses, and grocery stores. Bayside at Bethany Lakes is about 1.5 miles from the Boardwalk area (near the intersection of Fred Hudson Rd and Cedar Neck Rd).

The property was exactly as described. Plenty of chairs to borrow for the beach! The check-in was seamless. The pool area is a great place to chill after sitting on the beach. Beds were comfy and showers were amazing -- great water pressure!

Gorgeous bay views

First Annie was awesome to work with. Bayside at Bethany lakes is a wonderful family vacation. My favorite part of our week was early morning coffee on the deck over looking the bay tranquil bird sanctuary and just so peaceful. The beach was a short drive and the pool and gym a short walk. There was something for everyone .Ocean View is our new favorite area so much so we may retire there in a few years. Thanks for a great week Annie

Perfect Getaway!!

We had an incredible week! The condo was clean, a great size for our needs and the view off the deck was gorgeous!! Communication with the owner was easy-she was responsive and helpful. The Bayside community is amazing. The pools, hot tub, fitness center and sunset gazebo add another level to the experience! The condo is close to the beach, golf and lots of restaurants. Highly recommend this condo!!

Gorgeous bayfron condo

This was our second time staying in this lovely two floor condo where you can enjoy gorgeous sunsets over the bay. The condo has everything you need and enough room for two families to stay. You also enjoy access for a fee to a great club with pool and gym and you are 10 min drive from downtown Bethany and its beaches. We have already booked our next stay! The owner Annie is incredibly responsive and helpful.

Beautiful location and wonderful stay!

We rented this property for our vacation the other week and could not have been happier. The property was clean when we arrived and the location is perfect. It’s close to the boardwalk and beach and the view of the bayside is fantastic. We enjoyed some amazing sunsets! The amenities are also great especially for little kids (ours are 6 and 3). We would spend mornings at the beach and afternoons at the pool, which also has a wonderful view. The owners are great to work with and made everything very easy. Can’t say enough good things! We will definitely stay here again when visiting Bethany!

A quiet winter escape

Beautiful Property, Accommodating Owner!

My family and I stayed here for 6 days and enjoyed each one. Annie was extremely accommodating and attentive, and the house was everything we wanted and more. Our family really enjoyed our time at the house!

Spefically, we enjoyed having a "vacation" base of operations. We took advantage of the pool and clubhouse, had a cookout on the clubhouse grill, enjoyed the sunsets (and kids enjoyed the wifi). The kitchen was great, allowing us to save some cash by cooking ourselves! Lots of space for a family and friends - and the location was very convenient! We had a great time and would recommend this property to other families vacationing in Bethany!

Great property to rent!

We enjoyed our stay even though the threats of Hurricane Hermine hung over us. The lay out of the rental is ideal and the location is perfect. The sun sets from this property are breath taking. Best of all are the owners. They were always quick to respond and very helpful. We have rented a number of properties and found this one to be one of the best!! We would not hesitate to return.

Wonderful Vacation

We had a wonderful experience with this condo. The condo development was very nice, well-kept. The owners were great to deal with. The info provided before and during our vacation was extremely helpful. The condo was nice, clean and looked just like the pictures. There were 7 of us and we had plenty of space due to the layout. Information in regards to the condo, restaurants and Bethany (in general) were placed in areas that were easily seen. The views from the decks were beautiful. I especially liked the deck rocking chairs :) The TV/cable was not as user friendly as we would have liked but we managed. It's not an owner issue but a cable provider issue. The clubhouse/pool that we had access to (with a fee) was really nice. We used the pool almost every day. In summary, we had such a great experience over all and plan to rent again next year, but for a longer time.
