BEDROOMS & BATHS

This two-story home sleeps up to nine guests in three bedrooms.

The tranquil master suite features a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, comfy armchair, bistro table for two, and access to the balcony. The en-suite bathroom is appointed with a double vanity and tub/shower combination.

The second bedroom is configured with two twin-over-full bunk beds. The third bedroom offers a full-size bed. A guest bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Step out to the wraparound balcony and take in gorgeous views of Oceano Park, as well as peekaboo ocean vistas.

If bringing your dog along, the backyard is fully fenced and offers ample space to play.

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and parking for three cars in the driveway.

The main entrance to this two-story property is accessed via one flight of stairs. The home does not have air-conditioning.

THE LOCATION

Your getaway is a short 8-minute walk to the beach! Enjoy world-class surf fishing and beautiful hiking trails.

Located on the edge of the largest dunes in California, the beach at Oceano is best explored by ATV or dune buggy. Rentals are available at Sun Buggie Fun Rentals -- a 7-minute walk from your rental.

Ocean Park is located across the street. Local restaurants and shops are walking distance from your rental. For more dining options and wine tasting, drive 9 minutes to Pismo Beach.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
