The balcony, outfitted with lounge set seating, invites you to stretch out and absorb the sun and panoramic views of the ocean waves. The porcelain bar and bar stools allow you to take in the view from a lofted position and are a perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening drink.

KITCHEN AND DINING
A culinary artist's dream. The kitchen in SeaLuxe boasts top-of-the-line appliances and every modern convenience. An air fryer oven, blender, Keurig duo, and Instapot, sit alongside brand-new appliances for gourmet adventures. The refrigerator's beverage center, featuring autofill filtered water, cubed and nugget ice, along with a separate chill drawer, compliments the stunning glass mini bar which is stocked with bar glassware and an ice bucket, ensuring all your refreshment needs are catered to.

The kitchen seamlessly transitions into the dining area which features a contemporary dining table surrounded by transparent chairs, adding a touch of modern elegance without distracting from the room's spacious feel. Above sits a stunning blue glass chandelier, an art piece in itself, casting a dance of light and color that mirrors the ocean's sparkle. This space is not just designed for dining but for creating memories over sumptuous meals, under the ambient glow of this remarkable light fixture.

LIVING AREA
The living room, a marvel of modern design and comfort, features LED lighting, privacy curtains, and a new gas fireplace, creating an ambiance of luxury and relaxation. An oversized sofa with a lounge and cuddler, accompanied by an oversized swivel chair, provides a welcoming embrace, inviting you to unwind in style.

The space is anchored by an expansive Smart TV, where guests can effortlessly log in to stream their favorite shows or take advantage of the included cable package featuring extended channels such as Showtime and HBO. Whether you're catching up on the latest series or settling down for a movie night, this living area is your personal haven for entertainment and relaxation.

SLEEPING
D22 comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests with adaptable accommodations to ensure personalized comfort for each unique group's needs.

Step into the master bedroom, where the gentle whispers of the sea breeze compliment the majestic four-poster canopy king bed. A plush pillow-top mattress, down alternative luxury pillows, and comforters await to cradle you in comfort. Ample storage space, ceiling fan, swivel armchair, and a 65” Smart TV ensure convenience and entertainment, while sheer and blackout curtains frame the breathtaking ocean vistas and sunsets.

The second bedroom is ingeniously designed with a queen bed and two twin XL Murphy bunk beds, offering a versatile space that easily adapts to your needs. Custom-built bedside storage, reading lights, outlets, and a 50-inch smart TV enhance the room's utility. Ceiling fans and layered curtains add to the room's comfort, while the foldable Murphy beds allow for an expansive living area when desired.

Perfect Two-Week Getaway by the Ocean

We spent an incredible two weeks by the ocean, and everything was absolutely perfect. The breathtaking views, soothing sound of the waves, and relaxing atmosphere made this a truly unforgettable experience. The accommodations were comfortable, and the local amenities met all our needs. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation—everything exceeded our expectations.

Great location and view!

Recently renovated and modern unit. Everything was great. Loved sitting on the balcony and watching the waves roll in. Underground parking is just steps away from the unit as was access out of the complex to the beach. We've stayed in other units at this complex before but this is our favorite!
