Experience the best of coastal living in this spacious 5 bedroom, 4 bath condo
overlooking the Pacific Oceans in beautiful Oceanside California. With room for
families or groups, this condo offers the ideal setting for a relaxing getaway by
the beach.

Inside, you will find a bright and open living space, granite countertops, and
stainless steel appliances in a fully equipped kitchen - perfect for preparing meals and enjoying time together. The living room features a large flat screen smart TV and stunning ocean views through the floor to ceiling panoramic doors.

Step out onto your private balcony to enjoy the sea breeze and panoramic views, or wind down in the private spa after a day exploring the coastline. Each
bedroom is comfortable with 2 kings, 2 queens and one room with full over full
bunk beds. The condo is fully stocked with essentials including linens, beach
towels, spices, a coffee grinder and more.

Located on the quieter south end of The Strand, you are just a short walk or drive from the Oceanside Pier, local restaurants, coffee shops, and the harbor.
Whether you are heading to the beach, catching the sunset, or spending a quiet evening in, this is the perfect place for your coastal adventure.

AC: Enjoy whole-home comfort with central air conditioning, providing
consistent cooling throughout the property. This system ensures an even
temperature in every room and is ideal for larger spaces or homes where
comfort is a priority.

Parking - this property comes with 2 assigned underground parking spaces.

This vacation rental is a home away from home. Each room has character, and everything is professionally decorated. You will find everything you need right in the rental, from beach towels to linens, from spices to coffee grinders and garlic presses. We have stocked the kitchens keeping in mind you might be cooking a Thanksgiving feast. Just imagine all of the memories that will be made on your vacation on the beach! BEACH ACCESS: There is a driveway that allows access to the underground parking between the condo complex and the beach. In order to get to the beach, this driveway must be crossed. See virtual tour to view exactly where it is situated.

All homes in Oceanside, CA sit behind a rock barrier protecting the homes from storm surges. The amount of sand beyond the rock barrier varies quickly with storms and tides and may have more or less sand than what is shown in the photos.

For your convenience, we provide a starter kit of essential items to get your stay off to a comfortable start. This includes a small supply of dishwashing pods, laundry pods, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper. Please note that these items are provided as a courtesy and are not intended to last for the entire duration of your stay. Guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies as needed.

Beautiful setting. Untill yjr last night, the management was great. When we arrived the agent stayed on the line till i found the garage. It was bit complicated. She was great. We had an issue on the last night. A group 12 to 15 underage teens were drinking and playing loud music on the beach. We were kind and waited till 11pm Called the noise ordinance number no one answered. Finally about 20 min later I get a text "hi". I told them the situation and all I got was sorry public property can't do anything. In the mean time I called 911 and they were very kind and came out and dispersed the group and we were able to sleep. The property management should have done that specially when there's underage drinking happening. So, I probably wont visit again. Also, why is that every single soap pump watered down? Really, it was like pumping water. The rooms appeared much larger online. Specially the deck. It was tight for a group of 12. So, overall I would give a 3 star for the experience The views were fabulous.

Gorgeous beachfront condo!

Beautiful, spacious and clean condo overlooking the ocean! You can hear the waves crash as you sleep! The kitchen is fully stocked to prepare big meals. Check in/out was seamless. Would love to book here again.

Perfect for our Family Adult Weekend Retreat!

This property was everything we hoped for!! Our aging parents wanted “one last trip” to the beach with their adult children. This had plenty of room for us to gather and sit and stare at the ocean while we visited. Peace and Tranquility!! The kitchen beautiful was well stocked with equipment. The elevator from the underground parking lot was a huge help for our parents. Owners were quick to respond to any questions we had. 5-Star!! Hoping to return again someday!

Great view of the ocean

Very clean and spacious with 5 bedrooms. We had 7 adults and 2 rental cars. Only issue was we were promised two parking spaces and only had access to one because the other space had construction supplies in the way that were not moved other wise it was 5 stars.

Great family Vacation

We had such a great time for my 25th birthday here with my family, being right in front of the beach and getting to the sand is a walk away. There was plenty of space for everyone and there was an additional sink in every room which was awesome. Kitchen was stocked well and there was also an ice maker. Extra linens and towels were provided and there were two washer and dryer units. Overall 10/10 would stay here again and I highly recommend this stay.

Enjoyable Family Getaway

Overall, wonderful rental and we would definitely consider staying again. Wonderful ocean views and a fun place to "people watch." Located at the south end of "the strand." Check in was a breeze and had two designated parking spots. The living/dining/kitchen area was spacious and clean. The only tv was in the living area. Bedrooms were comfortable, but no tvs in any of the bedrooms, however there were sink in every bedrooms which was unusual. We'd prefer a tv rather than a sink. The home is accmodating for large groups. Our group wasn't that large, but we appreciated the extra space. It had ac which is always a plus, but keeping the large slider windows open was plenty. Two sets of laundry units, beach towels provide a nice bonus. No beach in front, but a short walk to the beach, pier, cafes and restaurants.

First impression the house was very spacious and we loved the day beds against the walls. We took advantage of the rooftop entertainment/lounge, every guest was wow'd. It would be a plus to have a larger grill and a place to put ice. By the second night we used every feature the home had to offer including the towels, blankets, and coffee machine.

The condo was beautiful and comfortable, but we had construction in the next door condo the entire time we were there--including weekend and holiday. If i opened my bedroom blinds or sat out on the balcony of my room, I was in the very close company of the construction crew, their tools, and music. If I had paid the full price of this unit, I would be very upset. Odd that I was moved here to be away from construction. ;\

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I can't say enough good things about BeachFront Only Vacation Rentals. I was looking for a wheelchair accessible house in the San Diego area for the weekend of Sept. 6-8, 2013 to accomodate 15 people total, 8 of whom were in wheelchairs. BeachFront Only is the only place I found that even came close to meeting our needs. The pictures were beautiful and everyone that I talked to on the phone (particularly Sheva) were so friendly, accommodating, and willing to help make things work for our group. When we arrived at the location on Friday we were all blown away by how beautiful the condo was, the ocean view and the rooms were just beautiful and there was so much space, the pictures did not do it justice at all. The ADA accessible bathroom was wonderful and the other rooms and bathrooms worked for our wheelchair users as well. The elevator to the amazing rooftop deck was every convenient and the only problem we had with our entire stay was that the elevator had problems throughout the weekend - the doors wouldn't close fully on the first and third floors, causing the elevator to be stalled. I called the "emergencies only" number on Friday night and someone was sent out right away who identified the problem and said they would work on fixing it. The elevators continued to have trouble throughout the weekend but we were able to manage by making sure all the doors were fully closed each time we used the elevator. Other than the elevator problem I don't have one bad thing to say about the property and the management, it was beautiful and we would love to be back in the future!
