Was not able to access property as the owner was missing in action. Expedia and Vrbo only told me sorry. So waiting on refund as I slept in car. Worst experience of my life.

Hell on earth.
This is a joke to asked how my stay was. When. I arrive no one to checked me in. The property owner never answered any of messages. I called Vrbo to let them know and they never cancelled me or got me something else. I was stuck in a country with no phone and no one to contact. I was on the street begging people to use their phone to call home so my daughter could help me. Vrbo never helped me. I had to find a hotel on my own and used up all the cash I had Carried. I was stuck with no cash. And then I get a message that my booking is paid for. So I paid for a place I never stayed at. No refund for all the hell I went through. I’ll never booked with Vrbo again. These property owners are scammers. I was scammed out of my money. And Vrbo never refund me. On top of it it was New Year’s Eve. I worked 10days to take my vacation only to go through hell when I get to my destination. Because there never was a destination for me to come to. Then I had to pay double the price for a room because it was New Year’s Eve and my a foreigner.
