Set in a peaceful environment with large green areas of lawn, trees, shrubs and gardens, on a rural property with breathtaking views of the countryside and the sunset over the sea, CANTO DO SOL is a small pearl, sometimes underestimated because it is at the end of the extensive building of the 3 lodges at SÍTIO DAS ROLAS and has a simpler structure.



It's a spacious studio house offering modern comfort and great privacy, with a private fenced garden and direct access to the pool. Natural materials dominate the interior decoration, and the rattan and bamboo furniture makes it easy to create space for yoga and gymnastics. The single bed in the living room is decorated as a sofa when not in use for sleeping.



In order not to "waste" the noble space with wonderful views of the water garden, the sunset and the starry night sky, a niche without a view was used to insert the king-size bed behind a Japanese curtain. What at first glance seems strange, is a functional arrangement that avoids a "bedroom atmosphere" in the house, and at the same time gives privacy to those sleeping in the double and single beds.



The kitchen is combined with the dining table and, despite its "kitchenette" appearance, is fully equipped, including a dishwasher. It has direct access to the private garden with a dining table. The bathroom is large with a window onto the garden, a walk-in shower, a hydromassage bath and a bidet.



The house is ideal for 2-3 people and is suitable for extended stays, as well as teleworking and home offices. WiFi is free and reliable, with its own access key. For short stays, you can count on 2 more nights on the sofa bed. The house is wheelchair-accessible.



Pets are welcome (extra charge applies). With a lawn in front of the door and easy movement, the house is particularly attractive for dogs.
