In the house: WiFi, storage room for bicycles, central heating system. 3.5 km long steep motor access (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking at the house. Supermarket 3.5 km, restaurant 3 km, bakery 3 km, bus stop "Niederöblarn Murbergerweg" 3.3 km, bathing lake "Aicher Badesee" 11 km. Gondola lift 19 km.
