Nice hotel, friendly staff, fine for an overnight stop. Could not use leisure facilities due to limited time. Small village so not a lot in local area.

Rooms need a face-lift!

Well this hotel looks nothing like the photos... that's because it burnt down some time ago and guests have to stay in soul-less rooms around the back of where the hotel was. I do feel for the owners, but I have to speak honestly. However, the gentleman on reception was lovely and helpful, as was the waitress in the breakfast room the next morning... breakfast was good too. Internet connection was not good

Excellent choice for a stay for one night

After our stay in Denmark, we spent an additional day in Flensburg (absolutely worth a day trip!) and stayed overnight at Historischer Krug. Nicely located about 10 minutes south of the city on the countryside. The hotel has an old-style restaurant where you could either sit outdoors (bit noisy because of the traffic) or indoors in a traditional restaurant or their up-scale Privileg restaurant. Excellent cuisine. Breakfast was good, though a bit crowded as a travel group from Norway had breakfast at the same time.

Nice location and outstanding exterior appearance

Room was not clean, bug remains everywhere , landscaping was neglected , ashame as this place could be a 4 star hotel. The dining area and breakfast was very good. The service at dinner was not what we expected, food was good ,but service delivered was not what we are accustomed too Also I was charged 20 euros more than I was quoted by Expedia , that did not help either.

Begrænset morgenmad/meget flotte værelser m.v.

Da der ikke var så mange gæster lige de dag var udbudet af morgenmad lidt begrænset. Ikke fordi vi ikke blev mætte og det er jo ganske forståeligt. Vi spise ikke aftensmad her. Værelser var virkelig flotte samt fint spa område.

Klasse Hotel, schlechte Brötchen.

Tolles Hotel mit Pool und Sauna. Zimmer neu renoviert und sehr schön. Großer TV. Temperatur wird anscheinend für die Zimmer zentral gesteuert, ich konnte zumindest keine Einstellmöglichkeiten finden. Mir war es etwas zu kühl, aber ich konnte die zweite Decke nutzen und so war es dann ok…… Frühstück leider mit kaum zu knackenden Aufbackbrötchen. Das finde ich nicht angemessen für dieses sonst tolle Hotel.
