While I did not experience mold or vermin like some reviewers, I am not surprised at their experiences. The towels were discolored and grubby looking, the bed skirt was torn, the bathroom door had been hit and not repaired, the curtains were stained. It was as though there was no housekeeping. I stayed 3 long nights (the bed was comfortable and no evidence of bedbugs and the TV OK) Nothing was done to straighten my room while I was away during the day and no clean towels and wash clothes were brought to my room until I asked for them and then the guy that brought them was somewhat surprised when I handed him the dirty towels. Breakfast consisted of coffee, toast, and cold cereal and warm milk sitting in a pitcher. Fortunately, there is a McDonald's close by. The tile on the walkways has missing pieces and care has to be taken to walk there. There is junk in the area next to the parking lot including a junked car. It looks as though a fine property that had been well thought out was simply abandoned and left to run itself without anyone giving a damn about service or amenities. I was very disappointed and would not stay there again and would never recommend it to anyone. Wyndam should not include it in its list of motels if they want to maintain a reputation of good service and Expedia should warn other subscribers.

This hotel was very poorly cleaned a very dirty under the bed very dirty under the couch cobwebs in the corners doesn't look like behind the toilet had been cleaned in a long time.. really the only positive thing I had there was clean sheets and a TV I will never book there again..

Hard dark gray flooring. Extremely dirty under beds, corners, etc. Like no care in cleaning the room. Holes in walls. Hair dryer didn't work. Towels threadbare. Shower curtain stained. Cobwebs in corners. Non-smoking room had a small tin outside door filled with sediment and lots of cigarette buts and someone's lighter. Luckily the fan/ AC and the fridge worked. TV worked, but no channel guide. Even though cost $55-$60 / night, low standards of cleanliness. Breakfast was cereals with a milk container on counter, but not in ice. Dry toast. Some coffee. Nothing hot.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at

Walked in room and was greeted by dead bugs on floor and in the sink. So I checked under bed and saw dozens of dead bugs. ( pictures available if you want me to send them). Also dead beetles in both rooms stuck in spider webs. The icing on the cake was the mattress out in the pool common area. Hotels.com failed on this hotel recommendation horribly. I will have to AAA from now on

I didn't expect much for the rooms at the price.but as for the rest it was run down and i disreair and their breafast included 3 different cereals 1/2gallon warm milk stale coffee and salt in the creamer shaker, staff was always on break smoking, walking or just standing around

Our summer trip kicked off with a bang at the Travel Lodge by Wyndham - and by bang, I mean a disaster. the hotel was a hot mess. The front desk clerk was ruder than a cranky teenager, the room was dirtier than a college dorm, and the bathroom had enough mold to make a science experiment proud. We high-tailed it outta there faster than you can say bed bugs and found a new hotel. And as we drove away, we spotted a mouse in one of the other rooms - talk about a parting gift.

Not a clean place

Room is dirty and the pillows looked soiled. The toilet paper holder was broken so it just sits there ( was almost empty ). I wouldn’t stay here again. I have no idea how it could have a 7.2 rating
