The kind sized bed sheets did not fit the bed and felt rough and scratchy. Any time you sat on it or rolled over the sheets and mattress cover came off the corners. The pillows were flat and uncomfortable. The 2 towels we were given were child sized and did not fit around our average sized bodies. The tv might have been 30 inches. The channel selection was minimal. We did not use the pools but they did appear well kept. The outdoor pool is about 15 feet from the main road - a little strange. The mini fridge and freezer did actually work well - a pleasant surprise. Parking was no issue. Staff was minimally friendly. I have stayed on many different properties in Ogunquit and I have to say I will never return to this one. I have never been so physically uncomfortable in a hotel ever.

Short walk to nice beach was a plus. Also nice restaurant across street, Angelina’s. Plenty of parking. Had to drive to other things we wanted to do - marginal way, shops, restaurants, main beach in town center. Clean but no frills or amenities. Check in/out folks nice and friendly.

The location was good and there was plenty of parking. We liked that our two rooms were next to each other. The heat and a/c worked well. Unfortunately, the room was old, dark and dingy. The shower head was weird. The beach was a farther walk than I thought it would be.

The property was impeccably clean and staff were very friendly. The room had all the essentials including fridge and microwave. It was super convenient to walk to the beach and there are some great restaurants near by. The beds were super comfy and the a/c and heater both came in handy with the weather changes.

The drive was too far from the main strip and hotel was very out dated. Indoor pool area was dirty. The staff were really nice ans accommodating and room was reasonably priced, but with having to pay parking expenses..it almost wasn't worth the savings on the room. Will know for the future.
