Very nice motel, but there were no lamps in the living room and it was quite dark trying to see from the kitchen area light only. It’s too bad because it looks like it’s been done over recently and looks good but what good is it if you can’t see it? Yard also needs a little TLC.

The room smelled a little funky.like stale cigarette smoke. Although it was a non smoker and I had to attest to that. Could smell neighbor's marjuana in the morning. Can't tolerate a.c. Asthma but wasn't secure feeling about opening window. Singke woman, ground floor. I thought we didn't do that anymore. Put women guests at risk. Maybe that's sonething you could add to your online reservation servicr.,staff was lovely, breakfast decent although I would prefer whole wheat toast as opposed to white bread. No dealbreaker however.

We found activities within a short drive and did sightseeing.Our accomodations were very clean and the complimentary breakfast was a plus. We did shop up in town which was only a short walk.

Great location! Efficiency apartment was wonderful. Super clean and very quiet. Beautiful views with incredible sunrises from the property. Walked 15-20 minutes to Ogunquit Beach early one morning for a gorgeous sunrise. Enjoyed Perkins Cove and the Marginal Way. All walkable! I would definitely return!

I don’t know how they can say This is a resort, it was a lonely motel. It looked like an amateur was remodeling the rooms. They sanded the walls and didn’t come back and paint them. Rotten wood on the railings going up to the second floor. Just painted over the rot was very dangerous for people going upstairs. The floors looked brand new and the shower looked brand new, other than that was just a sad room. I was charged for an extra person in my room that was not there and could not get a refund on my money. That’s why I gave this place a three star. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It was well situated so you could find lots of places to shop. I will not stay at this hotel again.
