This beach house is an absolutely gorgeous place for a relaxed and memorable holiday with an adult family. From sunrise to sunset, the views were simply incredible and never got old. The open floor plan was perfect for our time together—it allowed us to truly be together while still enjoying individual activities like puzzles, board games, reading, and even getting some work done. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked and made preparing holiday meals easy and enjoyable. The bedrooms were comfortable, private, and ideal for adult couples (plus the great bunk bed room we did not use!). This home strikes the perfect balance between shared space and personal retreat, and we couldn’t have asked for a better setting for our stay.

Fantastic house, view and location!

The house was very clean, very new and very comfortable.My elderly mother used the Murphy bed on the first floor which was very comfortable. The master on the second floor is very spacious. So is the master on the 3rd floor. There is also an additional bedroom on the 2nd and 3rd floors in the back of the house.The views from all 3 floors are amazing. The gas fireplace was great to take the chill off at night in May.There is plenty of seating at the table and lots of chairs on the lawn for ocean viewing. The walk to the beach is short. Check the tide schedule as most of the sand disappears at high tide.I highly recommend this house.

Spectacular stay

This is our second year staying in this home and it has become a truly special place for our family. Coming here in the winter months after the craziness of the holidays, school and sports was exactly what our family needed for the week. The house is perfect in every way- you will not need to bring a thing. The views of the ocean and the sound of the waves make every minute worth it. We enjoyed quiet time at home, day trips to Kittery and Portland (easy drives), walks on the beach and a quick walk to a local brewery! The hosts get a 10/10 for communication and responsiveness- they make sure your stay is perfect. We already booked for next year!

Great home, views & owners are exceptional

We enjoyed stay but wished we could of stayed longer. The views, from the home, are so beautiful. Spacious Master bedrooms on both 2nd & 3rd floor with private bathrooms & breath-taking views of ocean/Long Sands Beach. Other bedrooms are great as well. Sunrise view is incredible. Owners are extremely responsive and are so easy to work with. Highly recommend this rental. Home is clean-clean (as others have noted) and well stocked. You will not be disappointed.
