A perfect location for those who want to park once and walk everywhere in Ogunquit. Great location, comfortable and spacious room, friendly staff. Great for families.

Bathroom tile floors were all cracked. Also ceiling was in bad shape in the bathroom Other parts of the hotel were updated I called the hotel and asked if the pictures online were current they indicated they were this was not true. Also, Expedia should review these hotels. I do not trust they do that. Not sure I would use their services anymore.

We have been staying here for 20 plus years. Walking distance to the center of town, the marginal way, and Perkins Cove. The staff is friendly and the rooms are immaculate

Simple Stay
We’ve stayed here before and like the location, simplicity and roominess. Beds are comfortable, the cleaning and desk staff are all very friendly. We wished for more availability of the coffee station (7-12) and the toilet seat needed to be changed. We will be back!
