Excellent cabin, very clean, great view of the mountains and very peaceful. It was comfortable and has everything you need to have a realxing time. Enjoyed the patio and hot tub. Location cloae to area waterfalls.
We took the long Presidentâs Day weekend to book a day on the snow tubing slopes of Seven Springs Mountain resort (an easy, relatively straight shot from the property, approx 12 miles). We also visited the Ohiopyle Old Mill General Store for the best fish sandwiches weâve ever had. (approx 2 miles away) and Bittersweet Cafe for coffee (approx 4 miles away). Location, property and host were all perfect! Really enjoyed sitting in the hot tub while it was snowing out and loved that we were able to bring our dogs along!
Only thing was we couldn't get the fireplace to work but it wasn't important enough to call about so I guess that's on us. Great time hiking to hilltop to see sunset. Or was it sunrise? I forget. Only there a couple days but had a great time. Enjoyed the hot tub. Planning on coming back for our 100th anniversary.
We stayed three nights with a dog. The property is far enough of major road so as to not be a concern when dog was outside. We put a baby gate across the stairs to the wrap around porch/deck and it created the perfect play area to contain the dog while we were able to enjoy the deck. The cabin is very close to Ohiopyle. Great internet access at the cabin. All in all it's a very nice, modern place and we highly recommend it.
The cabin is in a very good location, it's very close to Ohiopyle where there is biking and rafting and Farmington where there is a few craft stores for the ladies to shop. The cabin has a nice view of the mountains and is in a very quiet area. The hot tub is a nice addition to the cabin. The only thing I could recommend is some hooks inside the cabin to hang towels or coats on. We would definitely stay there again if we come back to the area.
My husband and I stayed at this cabin for 2 nights while visiting Ohio Pyle and were pleasantly surprised by the comforts of this cabin. It was extremely clean, modern kitchen, spacious, beds very comfortable and the hot tub on the porch was a perfect treat after our full days of hiking. It is very conveniently located to the restaurants and amenities in Ohio Pyle as well as the trails. Highly recommend.
Stayed for 3 nights with my spouse and friends to go see the Frank Lloyd Wright Falling Water house. The house was cozy and tucked away, plus super close to the Wright house, rafting and parks. Lots of amenities including TVâs in the bedrooms, fireplace, hot tub, dishwasher and a washer and dryer. Our fav part was the porch with the amazing Mountain View. Thanks for allowing us to stay at this fantastic property.
This cabin was a great stay away from home for a quick getaway. The cabin is conveniently located near the park and all of its surrounding activities. Nice amenities. A little lacking in privacy, the coziness brought everyone together to enjoy this cabin close to where you want to be but far enough away to feel like youâre out in nature.
This is the ideal property to get a moment of peace and quiet and not be so far from everything. Property is spectacular.. sunrise to sunset. The top of the hill is a must to walk up to .. I canât describe the beauty. On a few minutes to a wonderful coffee shop for lunch but we were just as happy to hang out on the porch and have lunch. The house is spotless.. not a cobweb or anything to be found. Kitchen was incredibly stocked with utensils and our dogs just loved their long walks. A++ stay.. will be back!!!
We stayed here over Valentineâs Day, this is a very lovely, cozy little cabin with a gorgeous view of the sunrise. It is a little further from Seven Springs than we anticipated (about 40 min drive each way) but itâs a really nice drive, and there are plenty of other more local things to do, too. The hot tub and gas fireplace were wonderful and relaxing after a long day. My only minor suggestion would be that the cabin needs some hooks - thereâs not a single place to hang a coat or nice outfit, unless it is draped over furniture. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.
We had the best time up here!! This cabin sits on top of a hill with 3 other cabins down the lane. It was cozy with all the amenities of home. The misty mornings are gorgeous and the location to everything was perfect!! Be sure to walk up the hill by the cabin for a breathtaking view of the rolling hills and valley. We will definitely be back!!
Quiet little cabin for a quick getaway to recharge and enjoy the mountains. It is everything they advertised, clean and up to date. Would definitely come back.
Cabin itself was great, but for the price we paid, the view was not. Photos are outdated and deceiving. You think youâre in this luxurious green field and in reality your looking at an old broken down cinder block foundation with old machine equipment laying around and Residential homes close by. Hot tub was outdated compared to other rentals at this company, wooden slates fell off during high wind storm we had. Old dog poop laying in the yard was never picked up. And the fire pit was splinter heaven. Watch out. Very old and outdated. Wonât be back.
