Church View Cottage and Barn is a lovely character property and comprises the main cottage which can be booked on its own by request; the Barn sits behind the cottage and sleeps up to four guests. Church View Cottage itself benefits from a cosy downstairs living area with double sofa bed, single pull out bed, Smart TV and wood burner, perfect for those winter evenings. There is a dining area a few steps up from this room with seating and doors leading out onto the rear courtyard garden. The kitchen and utility room are both downstairs and fully equipped with all you could need to rustle up a meal. Upstairs is the modern walk-in shower room with quality fixtures and fittings. The master bedroom contains a kingsize bed and built in storage. The second bedroom in the cottage contains a double bed with single bunk bed over.

Into the pleasant courtyard garden and you will see the barn, this property has a small kitchenette area and downstairs shower room and up stairs to the first floor, contains an open plan living/bedroom space with kingsize bed, single pull out bed and an additional alcove containing a further single bed. A great area for children or groups wanting an extra element of privacy away from the main house.

Church View Cottage and Barn is located in the lovely area of Hatherleigh and is a stones throw from the local town and within walking distance to the local pubs and restaurants. The town is quaint and picturesque and hosts an arts festival in July and a carnival in November featuring two flaming tar barrel runs. Hatherleigh is a great base for walking and cycling being directly on both the Tarka trail and the Devon coast to coast cycle route. Whatever your reason for visiting the area, Church View Cottage and Barn is a great accommodation to base yourselves from.
