The hotel is in a quiet area. The rooms were clean, but the beds were a little hard. There isn't much within walking distance from hotel.

The only complaint I had was the jacuzzi tub did not work. The staff were very kind and helpful when we had to interact with them. Clean towels were brought to us everyday. The property was very clean. We enjoyed our stay.

The room was spacious, bathroom was big but not enough place to hang towels. Having 4beds was perfect for family. Washer was free and only had to pay for dryer, that was helpful. Downside was no elevator, to get to room you had to go down steep stairs. There was fridge but no microwave, it was at hallway. It was old building but nicely renovated.

We went during the off season in winter., (and basically one of a few guests in the entire place), so it was quiet. Not sure how it will be if the place had more occupancy. The facility and room was clean; although it was very plain for the common areas... had an outdated feel to it... but it was all clean. The dryers don't work (we ran them for 30min and our clothes were still wet)...but the washing machines were fine. We didn't interact too much with staff, but when we did, it was pleasant every time. For the cost, I can't complain. Many places in driving distance to eat; and seemed like regular neighborhoods all around hotel.

有自己車位可直接上房間，不用日曬雨淋，有五佑衛門日式浸浴，職員有禮貌耐心聆聽及解釋問題，有Kids Room給小孩子放電，離開最大Aeon不用十分鐘車程，兒童王國附近，有間吾妻拉麵🍜不錯可以試試約有不到10車位泊車

駐車スペースから部屋まで必ず階段使う点が面倒に感じた。スタッフの対応は良く満足。施設自体は少し古さもあり、廊下など傷みは出ていたが部屋内は綺麗に保たれていました。風呂場も広くて気持ちよかったです。

家族連れにとても優しいホテルでした。 スタンダードルームでしたが、眠るだけだったので広さも十分すぎるほどでした。 最終日にキッズルームを利用しましたが、チェックアウトギリギリの2時間以上遊んでいました。チェックアウトする頃には帰りたくないと大号泣されたので、楽しすぎて困りました(笑) 洗面、脱衣室とトイレが同じ空間で、施錠も出来ないのは不便を感じました。 いくら家族とはいえ、用を足している前で着替えをされるのもするのも気が引けます。
