Quiet and clean

We had to find a room for one night as our flight was cancelled due to a typhoon. A bit hard to find as reception was not on the ground floor. Rooms are a bit dated but clean and tidy. Near the ferry pier and lots of restaurants.

Dirty Sheets

I was assigned a room with two beds. It was fairly large as far as Japan is concerned, so initially I was happy. However, as I decided to go to bed, I noticed that there were some gray stains on the sheets. I didn't think much of it at first and just slept in the other bed. However, when I woke up in the morning and sunlight was finally making its way into the room, I noticed that the sheets I had slept in also had some red/brown stains. The room is very dim at night with no way to brighten it, so I hadn't noticed it last night. I've stayed at many, many hotels in Japan but this is the first one I've seen that had dirty sheets in BOTH beds. Whether they didn't change them or their washing is just incompetent, I don't know, but I don't think I would stay here again when there are similarly priced hotels everywhere in Okinawa.

時間の先輩を感じる設備だが特に不都合は生じない。最近では衣類用の除菌消臭スプレーが常備されているところが多い中、そのようなものはない。近所に24Hのスーパー、飲食店も充実。 開放的な吹き抜けの中庭は南国リゾートを演出している。 金額的にもアクセス的にも再度利用したい。
