The staff did not even talk to you. They were not Japanese and not friendly. The rooms however were clean and has everything you need.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, location- convenient (nearby restaurants, convenience stores, bus and initial stations)! Liked the laundry in unit, private bathroom with electric bide, separate shower with tub and heating fan (easy to dry clothes and towels. Private balcony with screen!!! Room needs more hooks to hang towels and clothes- simple convenience, but lacking! Pillows were very thick and uncomfortable:(

1. Staff cannot speak English fluently, but everything was fine as he could speak basic things. 2. Room structure was quite abnormal - bathroom was bigger than bedroom 3. It has a balcony and a washing machine.

Good overall with minor issues

We were two sisters traveling together. Overall we were happy with our stay, it was a lovely room for a very low price, which we appreciated. However, we were a bit bothered by a distinct sewer-like smell from the bathroom, presumably coming from the washing machine drain. And the sheets weren’t fitted on the bed, which allowed them to shift and become uncomfortable. It was a minor issue, but fixing the sheets each evening was a bit inconvenient. The local area doesn’t offer much in terms of restaurants or attractions so the cost of transport away needs to be calculated into the budget for the trip. Overall though, we did not regret our choice and we had a comfortable stay.

お風呂トイレ別、大きい冷蔵庫、洗濯機も付いていて、快適に過ごせました。 タオル交換などは頼んでもして貰えませんでしたが、備え付けの洗濯機で選択できたのであまり気になりませんでした。 受付は日本の方ではなかったため、コミュニケーションに少し不安を感じましたが、特別不便はありませんでした。また利用したいです。
