The valet parking is really a requirement with the lack of parking available and seems rather high for just an overnight stay and being in an area that’s walkable to many restaurants and conveniences.

This hotel was very disappointing. We were stopping through OK City on the way to New Mexico and Aspen, Colorado. We wanted a cool hotel for the night. When we got there, there was a sign on the street for valet parking but no valet. We drove around the block three times and decided to park in the lot across the street after talking to a fellow on the street there. It cost $33 for the night. Ridiculous. Then we got all of our stuff and hoofed it to the hotel entrance. Homeless guy was sleeping on the bench by front door. We go in to check in and told the desk clerk about the sign for valet. He said, “we don’t have valets any more due to covid.” I suggested they take their sign down and got no reaction. For $200 a night in OK City they should have free parking. They had it in Aspen where the real estate costs about 20 times as much as OK City. Elevator was slow and dirty. Scotch tape residue all over it. Room was OK but toilet paper holder was falling off the wall. No ice available on our floor. Machine broken. When we went to check out the next morning, I asked where the breakfast was (supposed to be provided) and was told they no longer have that. The homeless dude from the bench was roaming the parking lot looking inside cars parked there. Bottom line was no services at all and poor attitude of workers—especially for that price (you can get a room for half that in OK City). Parking was ridiculous.

Easy check in. Very modern and clean. The glass door to the bathroom is either a terrible design or ours was broken. Very noisy when opening and closing. Could use an alarm clock in room. Awesome shower.

Although I booked through a third party, I have been a royal card holder 079254522 for numerous years. That said, prior to my arrival I requested a corner room, on the highest room a king sized bed with a couch and with a view of the street. Instead, I received the total opposite.

Super clean and very nice! The lady that checked us in told us we could ride the trolley but had no idea how we paid to use it. She also wasn’t very helpful with nearby restaurants. Other than that it was great!!!
