I could tell the room has been updated recently. However, the A/C unit was very LOUD. I don't think it had been updated. It was LOUD and annoying. Also, the TV in the room did not work. I got it to turn on but could not get another screen to show. Overall, fair place to stay. It just needs more updating.

DO NOT STAY HERE

This was an awful experience. A number had worn off my credit card and the front desk had there card reader not working and i was told I couldn't stay there because they couldn't read the numbers and was also told even if there card reader was working they wouldn't let me stay there because they couldn't verify the numbers matched. This is a complete joke. The name matches my drivers license and it is not my fault they have faulty equipment. Soooo now i get no refund and just out the money for awful service

They wanted to charge an extra $100 for some kind of deposit and another $100 for a different charge of some kind. I thought the payment I had already given was supposed to cover anything. I walked out. I was not going to pay these extra charges. I never stayed there even one night.`1

Continental breakfast as a joke! Not even premade coffee. Just the k-cups already in your room. Thank goodness a Waffle House is next door. But for what a paid for a room and breakfast advertised, you think you get something better than sugar donuts. AC worked awesome! Probably the best hotel AC I've experienced in awhile. Comfortable bed. Toilet was difficult to flush.

Super friendly staff...arrived early and allowed us to check in no additional fee. Property definitely needs to updated but suitable for one night stay (college tour). Bed was comfortable and clean. Room has fridge and microwave, convenient to stores and shops.

The price is right so expecting a four or five star establishment would be ridiculous. The room I stayed in was in what was called building 3. I was upstairs and the room had a sliding glass door and balcony. The mistake I made was opening the door. There was so much smoke smell onside the room, I assume from the room next to mine, it made the room I was in stick the whole first night. The room was clean and had been remodeled. The room was more than adequate for my stay. I stay alone with no family. If I had a family, I would opt to spend a little more money and stay somewhere nicer. That being said, if you are a tightwad like me or working in the area, this place offers a toilet, a tub, a good sleeping bed, a microwave and a fridge. I read som other reviews before I stayed and saw where the air did not work for the reviewer. I stayed two nights and will not stay here again because the no smoking room with smoking balconies ruined it for me. No, I did not complain and yes, this is my honest review. If you are saving per diem while on a job use this place. If you are short on funds use this place. If you are looking to treat you wife and kids to a week or weekend of relaxation and fun, pay more and stay a little nicer. Oh, the place did offer hbo too. And never went for the breakfast cause Dunkin is beside the place.

When i pulled into the parking lot, i was immediately feeaked out due to the appearance outside, and when i went to check in there was one of those glass windows like in a cheap or unsavory motels. I seriously thought what did i do, i was scared. Inside the "lobby" is just as rundown as the outside. Its really not nice at all. The staff member was nice, and friendly. She provided me with my room key which was at the far end of the hotel and i was going to need to walk up steep stars to get up stairs. I drive back there and the stairs have a bunch of guys sitting/standing drinking and enjoying the night. I am a woman traveling alone, i didnt want to just make thst known and if i were to solider up those stairs which is a little wider than an adult person, they all would have to go inside, stand waiting for me to make multiple trips. I just drove back to the office and told the staff member i was not comfortable making my traveling alone known and didnt feel good about the situation. She understood and got me a lower level room. My room was very nice, clean and comfortable. My only complaint about the room is the door that leads outside had gaps so bugs kept coming in, and i was on bug patrol for my stay.
