Honestly I only got as far as the driveway where there is a "Service Window" where they check you in on the street. Next to "service window" you will see notes where they state: NO BREAKFAST NO LONG STAYS NO POOL DEPOSIT REQUIRED NON REFUNDABLE!!!!! NO BLAH BLAH BLAH...... IMMEDIATELY I GOT IN MY CAR CANCEL MY RESERVATION AND DROVE AWAY !!!! LADY @ THE WINDOW HELPED WITH MY CANCELATION

None of the lamps in either room worked. One room would only blow super hot air. The other room did not have any knobs to change the ac. Rooms were not clean. The door locks did not work in one of the rooms.

Check-in was botched. Even though I paid with Hotels.com OneKey cash, they charged my card for the full room rate. That was later reversed after I complained, but that's not drama I'm looking for. The room itself seemed to be clean enough. I saw no visible bugs, and the AC/Heat worked fairly well (despite only having one knob instead of two -- I had to move the knob back and forth between temp control and run mode...) You are not allowed to go into the office ever; instead, check-in and check-out are through a small window with a smaller pass-through on the front wall of the office. Hotels.com listing shows free breakfast and coffeemaker in room. NEITHER of those things are present. They do have a sign posted to alert you to those things when you check-in, but I think they're banking on people showing up and not being willing to go to the trouble and effort to rebook somewhere else. Nefarious. I would not stay here again, I would not recommend. I would instead suggest staying far away, and letting Days Inn corporate know that they have a lazy, crappy franchisee in Oklahoma City.

There were many damages to the room. Had to check in through a window outside the building. They run a bar or nightclub out of the office. The plug in next to the bed was broken. There was no no remote for the TV. The ac cover for the selector switch was broken. The room smelled like sewer, the bed had holes and cuts in the mattress, and the blanket had burn holes in it. The bathtub had to be cleaned before it was used. The headboard had broken pieces shoved in a dresser drawer.

The room was horrible. There was no heater, just the a/c, no mini fridge and no microwave. They said free wifi, breakfast, mini fridge and microwave, even said my service dog was okay. But, when I got up into my room, I tried to bring my dog they said no pets not even service dogs. There was no breakfast, that basically everything said on their website, was all nothing but fake. I really think I should be compensated for false advertising to me what they really don't have.

The room didn’t have a phone microwave fridge it had mold the bed was nasty could not sleep the toilet didn’t work I had reservations for 3 days I refuse to stay another night and I want my money back I was told by the manager that I could have my last night back I was happy about that but I would like all the money I spent back this hotel should be closed down it’s the worst place I ever stayed in I will never stay there again I’m thinking about not ever staying at a Days Inn ever again
