We stayed for an event at the convention center. The facility is nice and the staff is friendly. The only negative is the noise. Between the drag racing at all hours and the trains, it was hard to sleep in the wee hours.

Staff was great with the exception of one gentleman who was always sitting down and on his phone. I needed to ask a question at the desk and had to gain his attention away from his phone. The street next to the hotel is apparently used for racing because there were noisy cars all night and also trains going by all night next to the hotel. They did actually shake the bed. I chose the hotel because it is right next to the convention center. That was its one redeeming feature. Our room was nice and very clean, but did not have any kind of comfortable chair. I’ve never stayed in a hotel that didn’t have some type of lounge chair. Our bed was so broken down it was hard to keep from rolling off of it. Breakfast was decent. Typical hotel breakfast. I read several other reviews like this one but I still chose the hotel because of the location. I wouldn’t again. I spent more for this room than I usually do. I expected more. Parking is $25 in their lot and valet fee is $32…on the days they have it. If you choose this hotel, make sure you request a room NOT next to the train tracks.

Conveniently located by bricktown giving you easy access to excellent restaurants. Location is also great if you’re catching an event at paycom. Parking in the garage is recommended since the garage is literally right across the street and cheaper than the hotel’s parking fee. The room was clean and had a wonderful night’s rest on the bed. The staff provided excellent customer service. Would stay here again next time I’m in OKC.

This is by train tracks so be prepared to be shaken out of bed in the middle of the night. The road in front of the hotel also seems to be a drag strip. I had to pause phone conversations several times due to the sounds. The hotel should really have better sound proofing. Also, there is a $25 per night charge for parking that is not mentioned when making a reservation.
