They take a copy of your credit card and Driver license for their files .. and I’m not crazy about someone having my credit card info laying around there desk !! Then the dog friendly advertising.. even after calling before reservations and payment online .. they get you at check-in for a 75 dollar no refundable dog fee .. I will continue to use the holiday inn express next door after this experience .. I don’t need the swimming pool option after all of this hassle..

The tv would not work properly. Could only watch 1 station and the volume did not work. There was ZERO hot water! It literally took 10 minutes for warm water. Morning receptionist was not helpful i asked for a printed receipt an she told me i couldn't get one an had to go to expeda to getone. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my worst enemy!
