We just stayed one night, but I feel like it is in a safe area and our room was clean. The person working the front desk when we checked in was not friendly at all, but we did not have any issues, so it was fine.

Telephone & clock didn't work. Told staff at desk 3 days in a row before anything was resolved. Emphasized to them the phone was important as we were elderly & needed access to 911 if needed. Elevator was down for 5 hrs one day, & you couldn't get the the buttons to call it on the floor to work properly another day. Again a problem since we are elderly & were placed on 2nd floor. Not an easy walk up & down steps. Also ice machines were only on 1st & 3rd floor. Coffee machines for breakfast would throw a breaker & had to be reset multiple times to be used. Granted the coffee taste was good & hot but a hassle to wait for the problem to be remedied. The breakfast personnel was wonderful, can't remember her name but we've been there at Xmas time multiple yrs & she remembered us & was very friendly. Access at one door to the outside was broken & couldn't be accessed, was at the back of the property. Made for a long walk to get into the building.

It was a quick checkin and the staff was very friendly The room was ok. The carpet was bunched up in places and it was easy to trip. The bed wasNOT comfortable. I think it was just worn out The pillows after laying on them turned into minature marshmallows. The breakfast was good.

Served a pretty good breakfast with multiple options. Hotel was quiet. Room was clean except shower had some hair left in it. Bed was a little uncomfortable. Mattress needs to be updated. Broken down in areas where people lay.
