Upon check-in, we were given different size room than what was reserved. We had 2 adults and two teenagers. One bed plus a sofa was not acceptable. From desk would not give us a different room even though it was early afternoon and our room could have been switched with someone that only had 2 people and hadn’t yet arrived. I was told that Expedia changed our reservation and it was out of their control. We booked through Travelocity, so this was obviously an untruth. When we got to our room later at 11:45 PM, they had brought a roll-away bed, but there were no linens, blankets, or pillows for the sofa bed and only sheets and one pillow for the rollaway. Front desk was not happy to have to find what we needed and said it might be a while. It was only a few minutes but we never got a blanket for the rollaway. There are plenty of other options in the area, we won’t be staying here again!

The room was huge, quiet, clean and very comfortable. Desk staff was very friendly. Easy walking to anything in Bricktown and even toward Paycom Center. In fact, Bricktown Brewery is right around the corner. The only thing I would suggest is that morning breakfast offer a decaf coffee option. The hot breakfast was good.

I had booked and paid on Travelocity but it had not registered at the desk yet. Waited 45 minutes at the front desk to get registered, they charged my credit card in order to get a room key saying they would straighten it out and refund me. Payment went thru and they only refunded me partially. Tried several times to talk to them but they never did refund me. Love the area but won’t ever stay with Holiday Inn again.
