Had to switch rooms within the first few hours of checking in due to air conditioning issues and the floor was so dirty my sons feet were black. After the room switch we didn't have any issues besides the room keys not working a couple of times and having to get new ones.

Jacuzzi suite

The jacuzzi suite room was very spacious and clean. There were two large TVs in the room. The bathroom was large, and the bathtub had rails. The fridge was very small and did not have a freezer. Breakfast was not included, but it was good with several options. Coffee in the lobby. Nice staff. The hotel and the area felt safe. There is a walking park trail behind the hotel and a small river with trees.

Great location! Check in was super fast and easy! Staff was very friendly and nice. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Had a refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine, very convenient. Indoor poor was great! Breakfast had a variety of food but very good options! Highly recommend.

I loved it. Meeting plans changed while I was on the way there, so I had two nights and a full day with no car to just hang out. The hotel was almost overstaffed by helpful friendly people - the shuttle was available to take me to a convenience store, breakfast buffet was excellent, hotel bar and dinner were equally wonderful - could not have been better! I highly recommend it - and it is where the pilots and flight attendants all stay as well.
