Bathrooms:
In addition to the master bathroom, one more full-sized bathroom is available and a half bathroom next to the garage entrance. All full bathrooms have basic amenities provided (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and toothbrush kit) Hair dryers are supplied in both full bathrooms.

Living space:
Our living room is in the center of the home with enough room for large gatherings and is equipped with a 58” Smart TV with streaming channels Netflix, Hulu, amazon, Disney+, coffee table that doubles as a foosball table, and chess board table. Spacious with enough seating for up to 8 guests.

Kitchen/dining area:
A chef’s kitchen with plenty of room for all your cooking needs. Drawers are fully equipped with kitchen gadgets and utensils for guests to cook and serve up the most delicious meals! The kitchen dining seats four comfortably in addition to the dining room (seats up to 6). Other appliances provided include: hot water kettle and toaster.

Backyard/Patio:
As you exit the living room door, the patio area provides privacy fencing. Seating is available on an outdoor dining table for the perfect outdoor dining experience.

Garage:
The garage is available for guest use with capacity for 2 vehicles and an entrance into the home.

Guests have full access to the property and additional parking in the two-car garage. There is ample parking on the driveway and garage for up to 4 vehicles. Street parking is not permitted.

This house was perfect for our family! It was clean and had plenty of room for the 8 of us. The house was close to everything we needed. The host was very quick to respond to our messages. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Easter Weekend Family Visit

We needed a rental house for family visit, and this one worked out very well. Well located, impeccably clean, spacious, in a nice quiet neighborhood. Bill and James were great hosts, immediately helped when we needed some help, communicated with us without imposing on our privacy.

Enjoyable weekend stay

My wife, grown children and I stayed at Bill’s place to visit my son and his now growing family. The location worked well for us and the home was very comfortable and clean. Bill was welcoming and responsive and communicated very well with us, both before and during our stay. We would definitely stay again on future visits to OKC.

Beautiful Property

The rental was beautiful. Had a mishap and thought one bedroom had a Queen and twin, to find out it was 2 twins, but in all we made it work. It was fully stocked and you could tell the owners take a lot of pride in their property. Would easily stay again!!

Northwest OKC.

The location is good for visits between the Paseo district and Edmond (middle spot). We only used one of the four bedrooms so we had ample room. It is in a decent suburban location so I would say that your visit will determine if this is the right spot for you. Bill was very easy to work with on all transactions.

Pleasant stay in quiet neighborhood

The property was just as described. Bill was quick to respond with any questions that I had when planning this trip. He was very accommodating with my travel into Okla City.. The property is in a quiet neighborhood with everything you would need nearby. Travel into the city was only 15-20 min for everything we wanted to do and see while we were in town. Highly recommend.

Bachelor Party

We rented the house for us to stay while we went out for a bachelor party. House was really well laid out and incredibly clean. And the owner easily replied to any question I had within 5 minutes. And we even had some odd ball ones. And the beds were well made and comfy. Neighbor was quiet.

Great cozy place!

Brian was excellent, and accommodated several of our particular needs. The place is clean and comfortable. Bathrooms had little shampoos and body washes, which was a nice touch. Lots of convenient and comfortable seating in the living room, as well. The Foosball and chess table were nice additions as well. The kitchen features a Keurig type coffee maker. Communication with Brian was efficient and second to none. He really cares about the comfort of his guests.

2 Night Stay

It was as advertised. We were able to sleep eight people comfortably. It is a good option at a good price. The neighborhood is safe and has a sideway for evening walks. The property itself is older but efficient and clean. It is close to anything you need. We were able to get take out and bring it back to the house for our large group. The owners we responsive and communicated clearly. The information on the packet was informative and easy to follow. We would do it again. Thank you.
