I great concept and well done on all water park items. The layout of the candy/ice cream location could be better to avoid lines in the main hallway. Same for the Market. The only complaint would be the arm bands. We had multiple issues with them not working. This was a common theme among the other guests we spoke with. This needs some work. It's frustrating going up nine floors to learn you are unable to access the room due to a back arm band. Otherwise, we are recommending this as a very kid and family friendly resort.

Stayed for a full week 6/28/25 to 7/5/25. I wish it had been shorter. Management here treats you like a mark, not a real person. From start to finish, there were so many frustrating experiences (long elevator waits, wristband keys not working, short hours for pools). The list goes on and on unfortunately. When you bring an issue up to management, prepare yourself to be snubbed and dismissed, if they're even there or can be bothered to appear. Waterpark is cool but not worth all the scams and headaches. If you do decide to go review your bill carefully because they will invent charges. Not recommended.

My stay at Okana Resort was absolutely delightful! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with stunning views. The amenities, from the pool to the dining options, were top-notch and perfect for unwinding. The location is ideal. Highly recommend Okana for a relaxing and memorable getaway!
