Staff was fantastic! The building is older. Can see previous wall repairs and damage to corners and carpet in main hallways. Room was VERY clean! Towels had no stains, very fluffy and bathroom was very clean! Would stay again.

Yes very clean and very welcoming and very understanding. Out of all the hotels I've stayed at this has been the best hotel. The washer and dryers are free .. they are modern style and renovated and the staff are amazing as well as the manger I really appreciate them and the house keepers are very clean. Everything is well kept and sanitized alot of hotels have musty smell in the hallways but this hotels hallways have very fresh clean strong smell nothing chemical like at all just very well shampooed and vacuumed.

Great room for the price. Just a few minor suboptimal things that preclude me from rating it 5 stars. Bedside table was dirty (including a hair), there were dishes in the dishwasher that had not been put away, and as our room was right next to reception, the TV in the reception area was blaring in the middle of the night disturbing our sleep. The reception staff were not the friendliest either. However, we were otherwise comfortable and satisfied with our stay.

I stayed 2 nights and didn't get my room serviced A non guest was yelling and beating on a door near the room I was staying in late at night and again early in the morning. The fire alarm went off this happened before last time I stayed there and then the water was turned off
