My wife and I got stranded in Oklahoma City during a snow storm, but we were very fortunate to have a nice hotel to stay in. This hotel was fantastic, with amenities such as total blackout shades, and white noise sound machines, etc. with free washers and dryers for your clothes. The staff is exceedingly friendly. Very blessed to have stayed here during the storm.

The 1st time we stayed there it was nice and quiet. This time it was very loud. People running around slamming doors. All night long. Housekeeping was up and down the hall slamming doors. It was all night. There was never anyone at the breakfast buffet to make sure things ran smoothly. Dishes piled up. In the corner and no tables ever wiped down. No one ever at the front desk when we needed something. Our room was the owners premium suite on the 4th floor. This was not a good stay, and this was during the week not on a weekend. It was bad. Very bad.

The room was spotless. The staff were VERY kind and helpful. It was quiet and peaceful. The beds and pillows were VERY comfortable! The breakfast was great too. We found our hotel here at OKC.

Positives - Hotel smelled so clean. Room was very clean and nice. Breakfast was excellent. Real scrambled eggs, seasoned well. Waffle station. Bacon or sausage, biscuit & gravy, oatmeal, pastries, breads (bagel/toast) fresh fruit, potatoes, orange juice, and milk (almond too) oh, and cereal options too. Black out pull-down blind was so nice. Sound machine on side table. Real box of Kleenex. Sitting area was nice and comfortable. Negatives - Room next to highway, so some noise if your on that side of building. Bathroom very close to bed, which I didn’t like. Also, sink is outside of bathroom, so if u get up at night and wash your hands, you’ll disturb others.

We traveled with family, including three young grandsons who loved the fact that you converted the swimming pool area to a patio with games like shuffleboard, billiards and cornhole. It was a great area for them to run and play in. The breakfast was great, and the staff was very, very friendly. We will definitely stay here again.
