I was traveling alone and looked specifically for a hotel that had a restaurant/bar inside so once I got there from work I wouldn't have to venture out alone. Well after they checked me in and charged me they informed me that neither their restaurant or bar are open although their website specifically says they are. When I voiced my frustrations, he said well it isn't my fault. Which I get but they should not be allowed to advertise that they have a restaurant and bar when they in fact don't! In addition to that, my first night of two someone knocked on my door and jiggled my door handle. Sure it could have been another guest confused as to where their room was but when traveling alone it left me feeling less than safe.

I can't say enough about the Winslow in Oklahoma City. The staff was amazing, not to mention the rooms were very clean and the process went very smoothly. We went through Expedia, and the personnel at the hotel worked with us on some other things upon check-in that other hotels wouldn't, so I really can't say enough. If you're ever in the area, it's a must-stay. Thank you again to the staff at the Winslow for making this stay outstanding.

Everything was spot on! We enjoyed our stay. Everything was so clean!!! The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash was excellent! I own a salon so im definitely picky about that. I just didn't feel like packing mine and I was so impressed. The staff was so kind and attentive. Definitely will be staying at Winslow again!!

I usually reserve the owners suite when I stay, however, this time around I reserved a king studio. Although it was okay, it did not meet my expectations. The General Manager went above and beyond to accommodate our stay. He was able to upgrade us and did so quickly and efficiently. Great stay!
