Clean room. Hallways and lobby temperature were a little too warm Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good and the area tidy. Parking was not real great. Too far from the doors We got an excellent deal on the room. We had a great stay and will come back again!!

The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was ok. The hotel has a shuttle service to and from the airport and there are also fairly regular buses to downtown. Several very nice restaurants very close to the hotel.

Never had a disappointing stay aT any Wingate by Windham until now. VERY outdated. Stained carpets throughout hotel and room. Stained lampshades in room. Had to get my own towels as there were none in room. Previously used shampoo and conditioner bottles. Breakfast selections limited as compared to other Wingates I’ve stayed at. “Destination” fee charged for pool and hot tub yet hot tub broken for “months”. Barely cordial staff. Definitely would not recommend this location.

It’s ok if you are going to stay for a day or even 2 (I stayed a week) but the staff is rude. We asked for towels and they said they didn’t have any available as they were all dirty, after 10 minutes we asked again for towels and the receptionist rudely asked to bring them back after. Isn't a hotel supposed to be stocked up? There are no public restrooms available in the main lobby! This is extremely annoying I had an emergency and the “main lobby” bathroom doors were locked with a key reader I asked and they said that those bathrooms are not for visitors but for staff but they let me borrow their key card to use it. Bathrooms should be for any visitor. The next complaint is the size of the towels. They are small they don’t even wrap around me (I’m 5’10” and average sized) they need to replace the towels to a larger and actual bath towels. Room was ok (stayed in the suite) but it could use an update. Some chairs had stains on them and the futon mattress was gross. Never got to use the hot tub/ jacuzzi in the swimming area and a lot of ice machines are broken. Again it’s ok if you’re staying for a day or two but anything over 3 days I’d consider something else

This hotel charged me twice and i have yet to be refunded. I paid through expedia and then they charged me on the property. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. The lobby has no AC they need to do some serious remodeling

Parking easy & secure. Room had roaches crawling at night in the room. Coffee maker didnt have all parts to use it. Took a hr to get cable to work & not enough towels for 2 people as reservations stated. And 1 light bulb in one lamp in the room out of 5 lamps. And the noise of others & children was just terrible Windgate by Wyndham has to do better than what we had experienced for 2 nights.

The mirrors had smudges all over them, the room was clean-ish. The bathroom was dirty. The tub was half ass cleaned and tv was unwatchable. It had descriptive subtitles on and itbcouldnt be turned off and there where only 4 thinks we could even watch.
