400 m2 patio with the pool, outside fireplace, outside kitchen is exclusively yours to use.

For total climate control, villa is air-conditioned with six air-condition units, one for each bedroom and one in the living room.

Villa's main feature is the spectacular view and large swimming pool with uninterrupted view on the sea, coastline and islands across.

This villa is perfect both for indoor and outdoor entertaining, whether it's enjoying the views from the pool or chilling at the patio and living room.

For total privacy it is fenced and has parking spot for five cars.

Living room has a smart LCD TV, air condition unit and cozy sofa.

Each bedroom has one double bed.

Four bedrooms have ensuite bathroom and one bathroom is private.

Kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, dishwasher, oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, fridge with freezer and is ready for you to prepare any kind of tasty meal.

You also will have a private gym and laundry.

We provide iron, ironing board, clean linen and towels and high-speed Wi-Fi, all free of charge.

Okrug Gornji is a popular tourist place with beautiful beach and an open sea view, so you will enjoy spectacular sea view.

For total privacy it’s fenced so noone can interrupt your peace.


**** House rules:

This is a smoke-free villa.

Smoking inside is not allowed, but on outside areas you can smoke.

Some pets are allowed, please ask in advance.

We expect normal house behaviour - watch not to break anything and leave the house tidy.

Check in time is 2 pm (14:00), check out 10:00 am, flexible if possible.
