Villa is accommodated 5 minutes from the beach by walking. Supermarket is also walking distance 5 minutes.
There are 3 rooms with double bed, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room and balcony. Also, in every room there is balcony.
On disposal you have outdoor pool and BBQ area.
Please be informed there is also unarranged space in the basement through which one is possible to pass to go to the pool.
